I ordered a 4 pack on December 12. It's been 7 weeks and I still have not received my order. They provide a tracking link and it just says I'll get an email when my order is sent. I received a response to my email and they say they've had an "unexpected large volume of orders" If you call, you just get a message saying to email them and then phone goes dead. Despite this, I continue to get emails and see ads to order.

Order was delivered promptly, in time for Christmas. Ordered an 8 pack and passed them out. Everybody was thrilled, and one granddaughter actually had a fire extinguisher on her list and I didn't know it, and she liked this better. Then I decided I needed more so I have ordered another 4 pack and am awaiting it's arrival.

Buying these online was very easy, I hope I never have to use them,but it gives me peace of mind.I also gave them to my kids.

Customer service is fantastic and easy to work with. The product is great. Wish my aunt had one when she had a kitchen fire a couple years ago. Now I'm buying them for the whole family.

I disappointed that it took 6weeks to be delivered 😕 I did ask that the order be canceled because of timing and they still sent the order. I have just kept them. Just do not be in a hurry to receive your purchase. Thank you again for the blankets,hopefully they will never be needed.

Once I brought the problem I had to their attention my pkg was delivered on the date that they said it would be on an email that was sent to me. I'm very happy with my fire blankets that I purchased and they have restored my confidence in buying from Prepared Hero.

I ordered six altogether I believe maybe six I gave one to my two of my neighbors and I also gave one to my grandson. The other ones I kept and I gave one to my significant other thank God no one had to use them, but if they ever do, it’s a quick way to not only save oneself, but they’re home

Saw videos and news where a 13 year old at home with his siblings put a kitchen fire with the blanket averting a tragedy while the parents were gone. Hope never to have to use it, but prepared. This is peace of mind.

The vertical slot is too narrow for my large dogs crate. So I will have to attach it in a different manner. I don't want to use the double sided sticker on the wall.

My response to Prepared Hero. I received a generic reply to my email. The wording was the same as their response on Trust Pilot. I expect a personal response with a delivery date. It's been just short of a month since I placed this order Protect Hero did mass advertising on social media and TV ads. As responsible business owners, you should have been prepared for an influx of consumer phone calls. Where is my order?

Fast shipping! Had to use a blanket when my oven caught n fire! It was a scary moment and I am thankful for the blanket nearby!! It put the fire out quick!!I ordered more for my children!!

I ordered fire blankets for Christmas gifts on December 13. I also paid for express delivery. It is now January 24th and have not received the blankets or ANY return communication from my emails to the company. I even wrote a letter and sent it by regular mail. No response. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COMMUNICATION!!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!

I am so impressed with the product and service provided by Prepared Hero. I have been concerned that any fire threatens me personally, as I am unprepared. My fire packet with a special blanket/sheet is now hanging prominently in my kitchen. I also purchased the prepared hero packet for my sister, friends, and family. It is reassuring that we will all be safer. Thank you,

Absolute lack of communication with shipment dates, had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and taking over a month to ship and receive items is wild. Finally received our items but the timeframe for everything will drive us away from ordering again.

The only way for me to have access to write a review was to click a "4" or "5" stars on the previous page. Clicking on a "1," "2" or "3" will not get give the customer access to the review rating. This is discouraging customers to leave a review of 3 or less because you make it difficult to access this page. I had planned to leave a rating of "3" based on my buying experience, but I've lowered it to "1" since I see that your company isn't honest about wanting a review that it's invited me to give (unless it's only a good one, of course).
