Quality is extremely poor on the wooden poles, ordered two for nearly £200 was promised high quality but it was all vaneer covered mdf - dreadful. Also the ones sent out were so badly damaged we requested collection and a refund. Don’t waste your money. Gone with an equivalent from another provider and solid wood and better quality for same price.

Delivery good keeping you informed of delivery and packing good. The only downside I expected the brush stainless steel to be more brushed. The rings with the nylon inserts great smooth running . I would order from them again

The pole and fittings are great but my husband had a bit of a job with the short screws that went in to secure the end fittings, if they had been just a bit longer it would have been easier. Saying that they do look lovely once up.
Quality and shade of brushed steel not as good as that which I bought some years ago and still have. Not yet installed and frustrated to see that if I'd ordered today I would have saved £40
