Exactly what I asked for, great quality and fast delivery.
The rail arrived well packed and cut exactly to size. It was simple and easy to install. It would be handy if you stated how many hook rings were included eg I have moved house and using curtains which are a bit wider than required for the rail which is fine but it would have been better if I could have had more rings for hooks. Delivery was also a little slow. Having said that I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely use this company again and recommend.

Excellent poles, fantastic delivery. I have ordered a couple of times from poles direct, the quality of the poles and fittings is fantastic - and they are great value. Delivery was quick and reliable (using DX, so great tracking etc).
Very bad experience so far. Ordered on the 11th Oct and got an email on the 15th Oct stating that the items have been shipped. The tracking link supplied takes me to the DX courier website which states the shipment does not exist. Sent an email to poles direct and still have not had any replies from them.
Poles are a different colour now that the protective film has been removed after installation 😡
You were the only company to have a good choice of poles and sizes for non-extendable, we didn't want extendable. The pole arrived quickly, well packed and just what we wanted.You also have a good selection of finishes and designs.
