The fan on our boiler had finally given up. It's old and I doubted if spares were still available. Surprisingly there were several companies selling the item on line, however, Plumb Arena were by far the cheapest. The website looked professional and was easy to navigate through. Because the weather was still cold, we needed too repair the boiler as soon as possible. It was ordered on the Monday evening and arrived Wednesday afternoon. The boiler repaired the same evening. Excellent, reliable service. Thank you.

I ordered the boiler and went on holiday. I had to liaise with plumbarena by e-mail to organize delivery and their responses were prompt. The boiler was delivered on time with no problems at the best price available. I would happily recommend this company to anybody who needs a new boiler.

Good fast service

Goods were delivered within 2 days, other suppliers were quoting 5-6 days. Numerous e-mails and texts keeping us informed on order status. Courier arrived in the middle of the delivery window given the previous day. Items worked straight out the box.

I needed a diverter valve, PA came up as best price, (some places were charging over twice the price for the same thing). Item arrived next day. Was given an hour-specific delivery time.

My item was delivered within a day. It was packaged very well. Good quality and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use Plumb Arena again.

Easily found the boiler part I needed, called up to see if it was in stock (no on-line stock check capability) and spoke to one of their operatives who was knowledgeable and polite. Within a few seconds he had confirmed the part I needed was in stock and that if I ordered today (Sat) it would be delivered on Tuesday morning. He was right, it arrived on Tue morning as expected and was an OEM part - well done Plumbarena and thanks for the prompt and courteous service - would certainly recommend to my colleagues, friends and family, thanks!

Next day delivery of Worcester Bosch condensate pump. Found wrong pump discharge adaptor in box ( Probably originators fault). Correct adaptor sent and received the next day. That's good servicw
