I honestly can say I liked working with pigeonly it was easy simple and I pretty much figured it out on my own I have some questions but other then that I appreciate the services and for making things to speak to my loved one that much easier thanks a bunch...

Only thing I don't like is not being able to set up phone calls
My husband is in jaill.ive tried for days to set up something so he could call. wish i had found pigeonly sooner. it was fast and easy to set up. and very helpful.

Easy to navigate and send the pictures as well as letter to loved one that is incarcerated. I wish we could send them food though. He’s starving in there with Covid and not even getting medication.
Very helpful great customer service and so far so good. I havent heard from the inmate I'm trying to connect with yet its been about a week.ok they are legit my ol man. I was browsing the web when i fell upon this. Wasnt sure how this worked but i did sign up next day i got a follow up call which i really appreciated because i did have a question i wanted to ask which i was able to. So far so good and affordable thanks for making this easier
I just started this app but so far everything seems really easy to understand and follow. The ability to send postcards , letters, and pictures,and cheaper phone calls ,is really amazing and makes me feel just a tiny bit better. I gave 4 stars because i just started but really it seems to be a 5 star app.
I was able to set up a account and easily find the inmate, find the service or product And order, very satisfied.

I am being $14.99 a month and still have to pay to send a letter our postcards our anything in general. What am I paying for i will be cancelling this service.
