I love paigeonly it helps me to stay connected with someone very special to me so I would like to say thank you.

I’m not sure exactly how this works or the money it’s going to save up so can’t judge yo much except I’ve been waiting for a call back for over an hour now.

I could not understand it and could not find anyone to help me or tell me how the site works, I thank that yall need to find people that can help when someone needs it.

I like the service in general but I feel like in the trial period, my items were shipped way quicker than once my account became paid. I don’t like the way certain parts of the UI looks like when you’re typing a letter and it’s all horizontal. I wish there was more guidance as to how long an article or letter can be.

This platform is great it allows me to reach my brother with ease. The user interface can use a bit more upgrade but overall it’s a great tool to have!

So far, I love the convenience of being able to write letters, send pictures and post cards all from my computer. It allows me to send more correspondence because of the ease of typing my letter and not having to do the leg work. So far, I am a very happy user!

Setting up my account was really easy, I did have to call customer service for something and they where really helpful. I love having this service to communicate with my loved one

Some customer support are great and some jus are really hurtful and disrespectful.

Fast and efficient way to get a post cards, greeting cards, photos and letters to your loved ones. Now that my husband is housed and not in quarantine he has been getting my letters and post cards a lot faster. Great app.

not user friendly lot of guessing where or what to do next. I have come to realize a great majority of human do not know how to use the computer. Make it more user friendly

I have a friend who's in prison and i been trying to find a way to get in touch with them. I found this site and so far it has been awesome. Im just waiting for them to reply back to me.

Difficult to navigate and understand what's what then u have to activate another account from jail after paying this I don't kn what's set up and what's not
