My issue was that it costed more to use my assigned best rate number than my original number. Although the issue is currently being worked on, Alex was very courteous and helpful as he forwarded my problem to their technical team and told me that I will be compensated for it

My photos arent sending and my boyfriend isnt recieving the letters i sent him.
I like it other than you have to wait until a letter is completely delivered until you can write another letter.

They did a test call which worked but that still doesn't help that my inmate couldn't reach me with the number today. And I've only been saving. 0.03 a call when I was told between 60-80%. Still waiting for a new best rate number also.
