I love this.. My son is incarcerated and he loves that I send him post cards, letters and pictures as often as I do.. I save alot of money by not having to buy postage stamps not to mention the money I save on greeting cards.. Thank you for the service you guys are doing!

I love the service but I think when sending photos pigeonly needs to know what the facility accepts and accept so customers using pigeons can successfully send photos because the facility my husband is at doesn't receive photos in envelopes so I have had to orders of pictures sent back to me that I have had to send out again myself

My letters to my inmate get to him in a timely manner. He has not complained to me about not getting my letters like he did when I was using snail mail. He also says the photos I have sent him are clear and in focus.

Super easy to use and the great part is , they even give you a super huge discount for your first month to allow you to figure out if you like it or not. Thank you so much pigeon. I love that I can send send letters and pictures straight from my phone! The post cards and greeting cards are cool too! Customer service is always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the service that you provide!

Easy to navigate and use, very pleased with the services that are offered

Is pretty cool to be able to send to a love one in jail. However it does takes up to 2 weeks for them to reach what you send them. This is a pretty cool app, I honestly love it.

The price is nice but then you have to pay an additional 25 which is high.

This service sucks. Almost everything I sent thru pigeonly ended up getting sent back to me! I've wasted so much money. It takes forever for the inmate to get anything from here. And the phone funds is bull crap! Constant problems! Don't sign up for this service!

Overall great, sometimes sending photos it’s time consuming because photos duplicate or won’t load.

I like the convenience that you can send multiple items for a flat fee per month. All at the tip of my finger to phone. It’s certainly has increased how much and how often my love get word from me, words, pictures, letters postcards.

I love using this. I seriously will recommend this to anybody who is trying to contact a inmate and make them feel loved. I love using this seriously. They give you great details when it’s being delivered and package and it’s just such a great thing to use.

I love this service honestly. It's so affordable and the fact you can send as many letters and pictures as you want is great. That you can send a greetings card and get other people to sign it by logging onto the service is so cool! And the people are always friendly. It's a great service!
