Super convenient and perfect for my situation! My little brother is in prison and I work 70-80 hours a week and finding time to sit down and hand write a letter then mail it out really is difficult for me. Pigeonly makes it so easy!

Love that it’s so easy to send a post card without worrying about returns due to incorrect type of paper or which pen I chose to use. I can even send a pic by a simple upload. Makes keeping in touch with your incarcerated family and friends simple and they appreciate knowing you care.

So far app is working out well. This is my first experience using. No issues or problems as of first day. Able to navigate easy.

I'm not sure exactly what to make of your service. The phone seems to work okay, but I've sent several letters that never got delivered and never rebounded back to me, they disappeared.

The money on the books problem is my only issue

Fantastic so far everything is simplified and you can do pretty much everything from one screen I couldn't say anything bad about it I love it you guys are awesome great job I love this service

Pigeonly makes it easy to keep in touch with my girl while she is waiting for court. Their interface is easy to navigate and they are fast and efficient. I don't have to worry about postage or printing out photos and I look like the perfect, attentive boyfriend.

I love being able to send pictures and messages to my loved one from home

The phone usage is great. The mail is not. 2 weeks before it was sent out is ridiculous inmate will be gone before it even arrives.

I love how ur app work

I have been sending my fiance pictures through pigeonly as often as i can because he says in that moment, as hes looking through the photos, he feels like hes out there experiencing life with us. It helps him keep a sane mind and stay out of trouble being able to see our faces and not miss out on what we're doing.

it sucks that if you don't have 25 bucks then you can't get a phone line and you can't message with them so all you can do is send them postcards greeting cards or pictures that they won't get for at least a week

So far I have liked using the website/app. However, I am unable to add money to my brothers books from the app.

At first it was a little difficult to navigate around but once I got used to what everything is I love this site.

I have only positive things to say about pigeonly. I've used it to send my inmate letters, photos, special occasion cards and to keep in touch via the phone. It's inexpensive, easy to use and everything gets to him in a timely fashion. It has truly made a difficult time in our lives alot easier to deal with. Thank you Pigeonly
