Al our account manager always phones with offers, which is good to know! Knowledge of the wines but the social aspects of why wines are going out of stock. Persuasive on getting clients to try new wines bases on previous purchases.

We have been buying from Pieroth for many years. The wines are very good, we tend to buy our favourite ones. Al who looks after our account is always very pleasant, knowledgeable on the wines, he encourages us to try different wines.

Have tasted and enjoyed mostly red wines over the last few years. - smooth flavours and no tangy after taste!! Delicious!! The white wines are light and great chilled for a summer BBQ. I have had several sales people but my most recent is Robin Karam, very responsive to my queries and organising the deliveries of the wines very efficient. Thank you Pieroth.

Al is extremely knowledgeable and has a very friendly manner. He is an asset to the company. The wines are exquisite and Al does a great job introducing us to lesser known varieties.

I was never a great wine drinker and, it was always from the bottom shelf of supermarket after having 2 wine experiences at home with Al he changed my view completely, opening up my taste buds to some exceptional wines supplied by pieroth, I can not fault the service provided, the wines are great & the delivery is faultless, never had a bad experience. I wasn't much of a wine drinker, was more of my Hubby's thing. But since we had a wine tasting from Alok it's completely changed how I think about & drink wine. Now we don't have to spend ages in the supermarket or wine store in the hope we 'stumble' across a good one, Al knows what we like and what we do not, we trust his judgement and can just enjoy the wine, and a nice port too! 5 stars is too low.

Never had a problem and have been using them for nearly 3 years. Alok knows his stuff, he really listens to you before recommending a wine. One of the rare times I think a personal service is really needed, it has got to the point where I just don't buy wine without talking to Al first. Never a bad recommendation, if there ever was I am sure it would be sorted in short order. Can not say enough nice things, very happy getting my wine & spirits from here (the port selection is very good). Lord David J. Brown

I was introduced to Pieroth wines in April this year through Al and I have not been disappointed. I particularly love the sparkling rose wine and flamingo.

Have been buying wine from Pieroth since 2015 after getting a tasting session ticket at a Home Show event. I’ve tried so many different types of wines, some I’d never thought I’d like but did, and have so many new favourites as a result! Al always gets in touch when rarer wines we like come into stock or are on sale which we really appreciate. Wouldn’t say we’re big spenders but still get premium service. Highly recommend

A friend recommended Pieroth to me for quality wines. I contacted one of their sales team, Mark Lyons, who was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the wines in their online shop. Having looked at the wines on offer, I found the recommendations he gave, based on my wine preferences very helpful. The first case has now been sampled and i will definitely be placing another order with Mark in the near future.

Had been a previous customer some time ago, pre-covid and always found the evenings with the sales team we had to be a lot of fun and a good learning experience as I only had a small knowledge of wines. Recently I received a phone call asking if I'd like to place an order. There were a few hic-up's, however, the level of service given to rectify this was totally first class and well beyond my expectations. A shout out to Lorna McKinnon, who was very fast in her reply's to my messages. The wines I have chosen both in this order and in previous, have always been first class and worth the money. Yes they can be expensive, but, with many things, if you want quality, then you have to sometimes be prepared to pay a little more, in this case, it really is worth it. Life is far too short to drink poor wine.

Jay is always very pleasant and does not push for an order .Wine is usually at a better competitive rate then it used to be . He knows which wines I like and contacts me when they are on offer again. Unfortunately we are not drinking as much as we used to so our wine store is increasing !!

I have bought wines from Pieroth for more than 10 years. Because I get to taste before I buy, they have always been excellent and mostly not comparable to any high street wines. I deal with Nick Rooker at the moment and he has continued to provide a great service. The wines are a bit expensive but good quality is never cheap.
