Ever since I first encountered Pieroth way back in 1990ish at the World Wine Fair Bristol I have been buying wines annually from them. A few bottles then and there has never been a bad one rather exceptional value quality wines.

I’ve been using this company since 2016. My first contact/agent was good. However I now have Jodine Brittle, she is in a different class, brilliant to chat to, knows her wine and now my palate, makes brilliant and relevant suggestions. Always excellent.
I have been a customer of Romanet wines and more recently Pieroth for over 40 years. I always looked forward to the tastings which have now unfortunately ceased. A bonus however is the reduced overheads have made the wines a little cheaper. Courtney Bristock our wine adviser is familiar with our likes and dislikes and is always willing to discuss the wines over the telephone. I have never had to return any of the wines, although this is possible, if we don’t like any choices. If you like good wine at reasonable prices I can recommend Pieroth🍷Cheers

This company seem to employ agents who do not question how they get there orders. They have sold wine to an 86 year old lady who doesn't drink wine and suffers from dementia. Customer services feel no obligation of fault but to give the agents name who so far is uncontactable. Wasn't impressed with the Hungarian wine when I tasted it. Customer service were uninterested in critism. I have hopefully cancelled the order for this vunerable person and will report any future intimidation to the police and trading standards. Review update 11-11-22 Pieroth have been in further contact and were apolojectic for what has happened and confirmed that the account has been cancelled and the last order of wine donated as a goodwill jesture for all the anxiety caused. I have therefore amended my star rating accordingly.
During the hunt for a particular wine, which was proving very elusive, I came across Pieroth Wine and their representative Jodine Brittle. Jodine was amazing and took Customer Care to a whole new level! She not only found my wine but also recommended others which have also proved a big hit in our family. As requested, she has stayed in touch when the wines have been on offer and always made me feel important and valued even though I am small fry compared to some of the big orders I am sure Pieroth receive. Really enjoyed the experience and friendly chats. I can highly recommend Pieroth as a company but in particular Jodine as a point of contact.
