They had to call me to verify my $50 order because they’re clearly having issues with fraud . The thing who I spoke to Jen had an attitude with me about how i questioned there verification situation. Was way to fixated on being a smart ass needless to say . Once I got of the phone revived an email saying my order couldn’t be verified. Lol naww all time petty behaviour . What a miserable sod when I was told on the phone that all is needed to verify is a phone call since the scammers from overseas don’t use phone numbers .

My cat was recently diagnosed with a condition that required 4 different medications. I found the prices compared to my vet were substantially lower and the service amazing. The web ordering process was easy to follow and my order arrived really quickly.

I have been dealing with petceutics for some years now and it is so refreshing to see and feel the original experience I had with petceutics has carried thru the years and has improved all the time. Which is different to so many companies out there that sign you up and then forget you. It’s not often you can place an order 9am one day and have the goods the next day, this was my very recent experience. Staff are polite, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Petceutics online ordering is an easy to use site. I wish I had discovered them earlier as the savings are significant compared to buying my dog’s medication at the vet. I had reason to phone them and their customer service was excellent.

My dog was prescribed very expensive medication, which he will be on for the rest of his life. I looked online and found Petceuticals where it was about 40% cheaper. I followed the instructions and even though I had to pay for the prescription from the vet, it still saved me enough money to be worth it as I only need the script once (I believe). The product was shipped fast and I had it within a few days.
