Excellent service and turn around time on VERY competitively priced prescription items. They will even clarify prescription items with your vet if any anomalies with paperwork.

I gave 2 stars because although they are usually pretty good if everything is in stock but their website says in stock when its not. I made an order which was paid for and Prescription sent but they sent an email 4 days later saying they didn't have it and that it would be in stock in a few days and would be dispatched within 5-7 Business days. I waited and nothing, sent a follow up same email another 5-7 days. i got sick of waiting so i called them to find out they didn't know when the stock was coming in and didn't even bother to send me a heads up that there were major delays. I get stock can be tricky but not even a heads up when i sent multiple emails and no one thought to tell the truth about the situation.
