I ordered hills digestive I/d low fat tin food for my dog. I rang up to see where my order was, was told it was out of stock. The 24 tins arrived a few days later and we feed it to our dog. After nearly finishing the 24 tins we discovered it was not the low fat food I ordered but the normal food. The tins are very similar in colour. Also found it was dearer than another company I have used previously. The other company was out of stock of the low fat food that was why I went with Petceutics.
