Great fast service

I paid and sent via email a copy of my prescription last year 2019, sent the original via mail as advised by the company . Heard nothing more .. Now I sent a new script and paid for medicine. Only to be told 4 days after uploading and sending original in mail that my last one (march2019) Was never recieved so therefore they can’t act in good faith .. why a company would use archaic business such as Australia post and punish there customers when things goes missing for this is mind boggling . There are other online prescription places that are just as cost effective and not as arrogant to suggest that I didn’t live up to my end of the bargain. ( they didn’t even request it again, they just tell Me 1.5 years later and assume aus post never not deliver 😂. I am awaiting a refund ... let’s see how long this takes
