They did not go the extra mile to help with a fitting at our offices. The sizes given in the book was to small for everyone and 2 of the items that was ordered in 5XL was send as XL. The items was send back and the company did refund us and the manager was very helpfull.

The rep that assisted us wasn't as helpful as we would have liked her to be. Her attitude was never pleasant, and she was not generous with the information a customer typically would need to know She took long to respond to emails, of which most times you had to follow up with a phone call to get a response/confirmation Our logo wasn't printed in colour as initially intended - this was only communicated to us after making payment. The reason given indicated that the team had already known this and chose to withhold the information until payment was made The overall quality of the product was below standard. The print was pixelated and smudged on most of the products. The prints were facing the wrong way, and the general workmanship was poor.
