I was very happy for the quick turnaround time and the sales service. The reason why I am giving 3 and not 5 stars is for the fact that - i ordered 15 beach bags in red and white nautical stripes. when i unpacked them - three bags were stained with red spots inside. because this was an urgent order there was no time to rectify this and some of our clients got bags that were not up to standard. This was unfortunate.
