Super friendly and prompt responses to my queries and unbelievably fast delivery of my order, which was exactly as advertised.

My order was supplied incorrect and when brought to their attention it took days for them to "resolve" the issue by telling me to come back and exchange. I live far away and driving there to resolve their mistake is going to cost me Sales Order IO204942. My purchase order that was sent was for 15 x Blue aluminium bottles, 2 x red aluminium bottles, 16 x whistles on yellow lanyards. I received 16 x blue aluminium bottles, and the lanyards are red & blue. I can use the lanyards but need the correct qty bottles as well as the fact that they can not all be blue Order was resolved by Manager
