Horrible👎👎 actually disappointed in them. we have ordered items n they failed to deliver. We tried calling n emailing with no response. Asked for refund n they refused to pay back n threatened to charge more for the phone calls when following up.

What was outstanding was the communication during the process and honestly towards the order

We got tye best price on the products, and we got delivery very soon then we were expected.

1) Time lines were not met 2) Customized logo became an issue and could not be done 3) Not able to speak to any senior management and no effort was made to get in contact with me 4) No plan was made for delivery, expected that we collect even though we are 650 km away and then told we were supposed to say "for delivery" - yet no one thinks to mention anything when taking the order? 5) Courier Co turned away because nobody knew about the order instead of picking up the phone? 6) When trying to reach the contact person, only to be informed that the person no longer works there? (in a matter of 2 days ?) 7) still waiting to be contacted by management!

Loving my laptop stand! It's small enough to carry in my bag and assemble anywhere. As a remote worker, this makes a big difference to help maintain good posture. Style-wise, I'm not a huge fan of the plastic but it gets the job done :)

I ordered printed suit covers and the quantity provided was very poor and the printing was not as requested. I complained & they promised to refund me. They sent me a link to review them and I wrote exactly what happened and they decided to hold my refund unless I delete the review. We had to fight for almost 3 months for that refund. The quality of products were bad, but the customer service was disgusting. Not recommended at all

My experience with Listerina at Perkal deserves mention. Fast turnaround of quotes giving various options. Friendly and professional and delivered 2 days earlier than expected. Highly recommend.
