We pay all our business expenses via pay.com.au to maximise our points generation across both PayRewards and AMEX. The platform is seamless and easy to use - couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Very easy, user friendly platform to use. Easy to transfer points to Qantas account. Good way to earn points on payments not normally eligible for rewards (eg salaries). Always received prompt response from our account manager in the event of any queries.

so far okay processing payments are becomeing an issue they need to speed up many comapies expect deposits and we are loosing 3 days on waiting

Your system isn't geared towards use in business, the system of one payment per one invoice is too messy to administer. If I make a batch payment and upload an aba file, individual payments still come through the bank feeds. The invoices are already paid in the system and only one payment for the whole batch should go through our end, instead I have a heap of individual payments and nothing to match them against. One payment per one invoice makes it impossible to track our payments and print remittance advices from our system, this leaves us open to errors and duplicate payments. On occasion the payments haven't come through on the bank feeds and we have ended up paying a supplier twice.

I've been using pay.com.au to earn rewards when funding my Airwallex account. It's super easy to set up as you only need to add your account as a payee. Absolute game changer when earning PayRewards on top!

You're charging too much for the point, we're paying the same price for what we're getting but in instalments.

Salesman bluntly lied to me about the rewards structure and costs.

You take 5 to 7 days to put the money i transfer, that must be a nice earn, into my payee accounts, this needs to speed up if you want to keep me as a customer.
