Efficiency and ease of process

Agree with other negative reviews. Fees amassed to nearly $3000 but value of rewards lucky to be close to $900. Just another high profile scam. I was tricked by their clever promotions that fiddle with the figures to think you gain rewards. It's only after using that you realise the fees are closer to 3.94% of the amount spent. The rewards are around 1%. I feel stupid falling for it, but glad I did the calculations in time to avoid wasting any more money.

after a year with the platform and spend about 100k aud plus, excluded 4k aud plus for the pay rewarded fees and gst plus amex processing fees. but at the end of the day i just get 193200 reward point , but while asking for the pay travel i think was not even able to get a business return seat ticket with 3700 miles, even you just more than enough u still need to pay 3k plus aud for the processing fees , so what i have to say there is nothing was free and worth , their platform is just earning more and more money from the money transfer here and there white holding your money 2 to 3 business day

They are thieves, spent $50k using their services, points and benefits don’t come anywhere near breaking even.

I believe the wool is pulled over our eyes by sales reps and senior management. Cost of the points outweighs the benefit but we are only shown the tax deductible fees in their calculations (very cleverly done). Why would someone lock themselves in to only being able to fly at very specific times based on the complete lack of availability of points flights whilst paying more then normal? Travel is a luxury so save your hard earned cash and fly with flexibility. Also, being pulled up by the ATO on FBT implications who I understand are clamping down on “points” has caused a massive headache for my accountant & business. Madness

It's all about getting luxurious upgrades. For someone who find it hard to spend a lot in one transaction. Pay.com.au basically facilitates achieving big in small, consolidated steps. The staff is super helpful especially have to mention Irene whose customer skills keep me stick to this platform. Hope to have a lot of incentives at even a lesser rate in future.
