It has all been pretty good, the only problem we have is how long it takes for the invoice receiver to receive their money.

Great service when setting up. Fast response when I've asked questions too. I would recommend giving customers the capability to print a remittance as soon as they have processed the payment. It is causing delays in orders not being able to provide suppliers with receipts.

It’s a good service works like a team, win win situation. The only improvement that I would like to see is the fees to be better than what it is now. It would be a perfect business relationship.

Way too slow to process payments! With today's technology, payments should be processed <24hrs (same day).

Very easy to use website and a great way to accumulate reward points particularly for business ATO payments. The support team always answers my questions in a friendly and efficient way. The travel reward team were also super helpful and gave me some great tips to maximise usage of my points for future holidays that I would never have known how to do by myself!

Is a good system, but unfortunately take to much time to process the payments. The payroll is on Thursday and today Monday is still not in the bank of the employees.

Incredibly difficult to verify account. Customer support have not listened and have asked for identification documentation for someone who is not a beneficial owner. Several emails explaining things and they don’t seem capable of understanding. Maybe it works for simple business structures, but they seem to lack understanding for more complex structures. You’re better off using one of the many more options available on the market. RESPONSE TO REPLY: This is proof that you don’t understand business structures. The entity that I applied with is a company. Full stop. The entity type is NOT different than is what was registered. Your staff simply do not understand the difference between beneficial ownership and non-beneficial ownership and how you treat these different beneficial owner types under KYC legislation. Your team got it - and continue to get it - wrong.

Great Xero integration and very prompt support. Lots of flexibility with how to use reward points as well.
