Use your credit card to pay all your business expenses.
I’ve been using pay.com.au for a year now and have mixed feelings from my experience. On the plus side the points can accrue fairly quickly if you make regular payments and the transfer to FF programs is relatively straightforward. Less positive is the time it takes to process payments, In my experience the 1-3 days has been more like 3 days. I also think the receipts for payments could be generated in two forms, one internal and another as external which exclude the fees and can be sent to customers to confirm payment has been made.
The worst Company you will ever deal with, the Managment is lost. No one knows what they’re doing very slow on processing payments.
Payments take too long to be approved. I cannot make payments 3 days in advance, especially with payroll.
Pay.com.au has the potential to be great but several factors will hold it up. -when transferring your payrewards you are taxed 2.5 :1 airline points (you pay a premium for double points only to be taxed on transfer) -no recurring payments ( rent, salaries, etc need to be entered manually) - 3 to 5 days for clearing funds (are we back in the 80’s) This is after week one of use, I’m not sure what other surprises will be found. It’s half baked in my opinion.
I cannot recommend pay.com.au highly enough. The level of service we have received from the team has been top notch, and they are always going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. They take security very highly and this is great to see in today's day and age!
Very helpful and prompt responses to any queries.
Quick and easy payments
Easy, secure and points rewards are fantastic!
This is ten charactors. There should be no reason to type here
im feeling like im flying blind a bit. The costs are very high so i hope it's all worth it and easy to get travel connections im not overly happy with the time the transfer took, as my suppliers were waiting an extra day for their funds to be deposited.
Overall, the user interface and support are great. In terms of the package fee, it is slightly a bit expensive to get extra points. However, if you are desperate to get more points and do not care about the cost, the premium subscription is a good choice.
I am really excited to hopefully be moving towards obtaining better travel benefits from activating the way my business pays for all of its suppliers & expenses. It is very easy to follow and implement and I look forward to referring more business colleagues to a better of doing business.
So far so good. Only thing which is not great is the processing time to get payments through besides that and the multiuser experience (being implemented soon) everything else is pretty good
Liz did a fantastic job setting up our hotel and airflight bookings. Thanks heaps!
Honestly I've been really impressed by pay.com.au It was mentioned to me via friends and pondered on the idea for awhile. Wish I started using it earlier! Have dealt with Liz in PayTravel who has been fantasic and so helpful with her insight on how to take advantage of the points when booking upgrades for international holidays. So far I've been really impressed by the business and how professional and friendly everyone who has spoken to me from pay.com.au has been so far.
*Pay.com.au Fantastic Customer Service* As a business we use Pay.com.au to pay some of our suppliers. There was a payment dispute and funds were returned very quickly due to incorrect details. Pay.com.au have worked very quickly to recover funds and redistributed to the correct channels Special mention to Melissa and Payments team to swiftly resolve our issue. Many Thanks The Xtreme Icecream Team

Easy to use system fast clearance time as fast as bpay unlike b to bpay which takes forever
Pay.com.au sent an email to notify of Qantas seat availability (a few weeks ago). That helped me find and book some flights so thanks for that.
