Customer service is fantastic.
The service rep was delightful. I had tried to complete a transaction on line which failed to go thru. She traced the info down and was able to complete the task. She was friendly and thorough.
I love Patriot mobile. Without question the best and most responsive customer support I have ever had. And I love the fact that they are Christian based and are Patriots who love America. Our transfer to Patriot Mobile has been without exception our best choice for mobile service ever. We first were with Alltel who were great but were bought out by Verizon. Except for costs and the political aspect of Verizon, we were pleased. Now for the same services at lower costs and with the knowlege that none of our money will go to anti-Christian movements, we are well pleased.
The people are helpful and courteous when you call in for help.

Admittedly, we are saving a goodly amount of money each month, but the help and personal care we received getting switched from our old carrier made the switch well worth the effort.

I loved the idea that you can call and speak with a real person when you need help.
I am 80 years old and technically challenged. The woman on the phone who helped me set up the acc. was extremely patient and helpful. She answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I emailed her with a question later and she responded quickly with very clear instructions. I also appreciate the fact that she spoke very clear English.
The service has been flawless for the whole time. I have yet to call for a problem. In this day and age that is a good thing.
