James (the window cleaner) turned up, parked well, not like others. Said hello and got straight to work, did a great job and locked up after himself.

Had to wait all month. Bit dubious. Unfortunately they never turned up for the service. Emailed and phoned with no response. So had to cancel my bank cards incase they scam more money out of me. Bit of an inconvenience It could have been an actually good business' idea to earn a honest living, I don't how far they think they will last not being transparent or potentially conning people

First clean today and James and Brad did a great job. I wouldn't say cleaning my windows is particularly straightforward either. I live in a three storey townhouse, and the only access to the back windows is through the house. They were very courteous, and careful when bringing their equipment through to the back. The job was done very quickly, and to a good standard. I'd recommend Patch and will be having them back again.

Brad is a lovely guy who was more than happy to help me open my gate as it was jammed closed. Such a polite, friendly quick and efficient worker who made sure the job was completed to the highest standard possible.

So pleased with the 2 young men Brad and James that came today to clean my windows. The were so pleasant and did a very good job. Even waited so I could secure my dogs so he could gain access to the back. Definitely using again and told my friends

We have recently taken on Patch App In They are a window cleaning services, I was delighted about my clean and the lad who cleaned them was very polite and helpful. It is so simple they give you a quote then you decide, after that the money is taken out of your bank they also let you know by email when they are about to come so very pleased in deed.

I made my 1st payment in February, and I have never seen anyone clean my windows, I click on the app and it always says next clean will be,,, then click back on again two days later will give u another date, as far as I can see my windows have never been cleaned. And its impossible to cancel... 😤
