Very thorough young man, always polite, on time and does an excellent job, always ensures gates are shut after cleaning windows as we have two dogs. Would highly recommend Ethan if you want someone who has a very professional approach to their work.

I like Patch because they let you know what day they will do the windows on the app and when the job is completed . I payed £15 and no one has cleaned my windows on the date selected the 26th of January. Another £15 has come out of my account and it says someone will come tomorrow. am I going to get reimbursed for the £15 that no one came? is someone actually going to come tomorrow (23rd feb)
Patch window cleaning is a brilliant no fuss system where you’re sent a message saying when the service is to be provided, when it is complete and when money is taken in payment. My window cleaner, Nathan, is fantastic, turns up on schedule, does the business, is respectful to my property and leaves. Great service.
Hi My Window Cleaner is called Ethan. Ethan is dedicated to the task in hand. I'm very happy that Ethan comes and cleans all my windows in every kind of weather. I've had no issues with times or days as I'm notified the day before and also after the time my windows are done. Very happy with Ethan most probably if not the best Window cleaner of all times around my Area. I don't have to pay or even see Ethan but I will always receive an Email to say he has been and at what time. Paying monthly by Direct Debit is better. It means I can get on with my day and know for sure Ethan has done an excellent job. Window cleaners are very scarce around my Area so it's much appreciated.

Haven't had a reliable window cleaner for years. Finally we have a modern solution. Patch App and email reminders are a great idea. Nathan has been twice now and did an excellent job on both occasions. Professional, polite, closes the gate. I'm keeping him!
