Not only did they turn up a day late, they spent approx 5 mins at my property. I don't even think they went anywhere near the back of my property, I only saw them clean the front windows. The promise made was to clean windows and all frames. DID NOT HAPPEN I request a refund immediately due to the very poor service
I’m based in Haworth and my cleaner Scott is really friendly. Been using this service for around 5 months now and it’s been so easy / convenient. I love that Veterans are involved as well, such a great concept all round.

Takes the hassle out of cleaning my windows and I don’t have to go looking for cash in the house.
I was sceptical about moving to the water fed pole system, but its worked really well and they’ve done the sills, frames and doors which our old cleaner didn’t.
i don’t think they even turned up the windows were awful and it cost £15 a month absolutely never again!!!

Signed up to Patch after a cold caller offered services. I was told how all my PVC's and sofits would be cleaned on every visit. Just had my first clean and I can't even express how unsatisfied I am. 5 minute visit, which literally consisted of water being sprayed on and brushed about with a brush on a pole. Not the clean I was promised upon signing up. If I hadn't paid attention one window wouldn't even have been touched. Now I'm left with dirty windows from the dried up water marks and a path flooded with the water from the pole. How do I cancel? Because I can't find it in the app as I was promised.
Tried these guys out recently and was highly satisfied. Wasn’t too sure about signing up as it was being canvassed to me and I've heard about people being scammed in door 2 door. They came to clean my house on the 3rd November. Was very impressed with the quality of service and how good the lads were with me and my family. Would definitely recommend Patch!
Switched to patch recently from my local cleaner. Wasn’t too sure at first as I was being sold this at my door. The young lad told me everything these guys offer and that all the cleaners were all veterans so I gave it a go. The guy who cleaned my windows was called Christopher. He was very friendly and took his time on my house. I would definitely recommend!
Had one of your colleagues at my home because I did not open the door and spoke to him through the window when I told him no thanks he gave me the finger i then went to ask him why he did that he was very verbal to me and this upset me I am a pensioner and do not appreciate being given the finger by one of your colleagues i will be taking this further
Switched to Patch recently, and absolutely delighted with the whole experience. The two guys who cleaned our house could not have been more obliging and did an excellent job. They clean the window sills and door frames also, without being asked. Recommended.
Been a customer for a few months now, great service, takes the pain away from never having cash and my windows have never looked better!
Signed up being told all the pvc would be cleaned aswell and that definitely didnt happen. Sprayed water on and basically left within 10 mins. I too have marks on windows still trying to cancel this subscription.
I wasn't sure about the brush system initially but liked the idea of being cashless so gave it a go. Really impressed with the results!
I paid for cleaning service on 22/09/23 and a confirmation email was sent that first cleaning will be 12/10/23 but nobody came. I’ve called and emailed but no response. I have tried canceling my subscription but can’t seem to do that, beginning to look like fraud.
Persistent and forceful door to door sales tactics. Stop.
Changed the date twice but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Had the windows cleaned and they still looked dirty, cleaned the lower windows myself afterwards. Not worth the money, great concept using ex veterans but found the cleaning very poor sorry
Extremely poor, rushed service - don't waste your money. From the time the van arrived to driving off it was less than 8 minutes. It was two people but they can't have spent more than 5 minutes actually cleaning. Pressure washer aimed at front door too long and water flooded into hallway. No effort put into making the windows clean so they were still dirty after the cleaners left. Even the ones on the ground floor. Patch will comment as they have elsewhere that because they use purified water the windows dry clean - this is nonsense. Windows that aren't squeegee'd leave spots which dry and leave dirty stains on the window. The only way to clean a window is to squeegee, and if there's dirt on the window, a quick wipe with a wet cloth isn't going to clean it. My request for a full or partial refund was denied, they simply offered to cancel my account. Buyer beware! edit - they've now agreed to refund me but said 'Purified water does not need to be wiped down after, that's why it is purified. I'm really sorry if you think this isn't true.' I have no belief system around purified water. I relied on the evidence of my eyes - the windows were not thoroughly cleaned and the spots dried into dirty little spot stains on the window. There wasn't really much else they could do. I suppose had it been very warm they may have evaporated before they dried.
