No one has been since first payment. Feel like I’ve been completely conned. I can’t get through to the company via email or phone either and I can’t cancel the DD with my bank as it’s classed as an occurring payment which has to be disputed with the business. I’m so upset! In response to my review! What complete lies. I was also told that I’d be able to get someone to come and do a clean the ‘old school’ way with a ladder and cloths as that’s what I wanted but reading the response to another persons review they have stated they don’t do that! I have had to report them as fraud to my bank and the bank is sending me a new card out so they don’t take anymore payments from me. They are literally scamming so many innocent people like myself. I’m reporting them to the media if they do not refund me.

Absoloutly rubbish I had to put 1 star to write a review but the service I have recieved today ammounts to 0 stars..my window cleaner came for the first and last time. I kid you not my windows were cleaner ..gleaming even ,compared to the state they are in now. Dribble marks covering the whole windows all of them top to bottom Iam disgusted at this service. And they are meant to be expats ..why? Just why ? Cant people say what they say they are and do what they say tney will do is beyond me. £15 to have a filthy brush wiped across my windows is a lesson I don't need to learn twice. ●In response to the response I got after writing a review...:- I have had no refund so please ..no more lies, As for teething problems ' really ' that is ridiculous babies have teething problems not window cleaners representing a company whose being paid to do what they do .Washing windows is not rocket science and knocking on someones door selling services if the representation is wrong and customers have to accept loss and upset for trusting you- because of teething problems.. not all my windows were done the few that were have big filthy dribbles running down them. I did send you the photos and did apologise for being harsh. However I dont just give money to company's knocking door to door offering services to go through all this nor do I want a refund ..I want you to do my windows properly as you said ..can you do that please ? And when ?

A lovely lad came to clean our Windows. The first date changed because he was too busy (fair enough) but he came on the rescheduled day, without any ladders!!. No surprise he couldnt do parts of the job. Also, the service is just water + brush, no gutter cleaning as promised. Did not squeegee any of the Windows. Disappointed and defn not worth

Had these guys knock and my door, and was impressed that they use Armed Forces Veterans to clean the windows. I like knowing when my windows will be cleaned too. Always been a great job by Scott, who does ours.

I have just received my first clean with our new Window Cleaner! Very impressed by the job they have done and how professional the service was. I would highly recommend using Patch.

To be fair it’s a scam they signed me up at the door and taken £15. Said someone will be round in 4 days for the first “clean” Fast forward three weeks no one came Still no one came I tried to cancel online and they take more money. Had to cancel my card and get a new one. Never again. Avoid

Be very careful I cancelled my subscription due to my widows being a mess after they cleaned them.Today they took more money out of my account again.

They sent an email saying my windows where cleaned but yet no one came. I informed them of this and their reply was that the email confirms I had them cleaned. How does an email confirm that my windows and doors where cleaned when I was home all day and I have a ring door bell that shows no activity?

Pressure selling by a chap who would not go away and even asked that he be allowed in when I told him that as a disabled person I needed to sit down. I intended to get rid of him by agreeing and then cancelling. Note they have entered pending transactions (2) on my bank account. Considering notifying the Police of this scam.Bank notified and will be closing the account for safety concerns

A fantastic company and the employee’s really do represent the business in an outstanding manner from my experience with them. The gentleman that cleans my windows takes his time to ensure he has properly and thoroughly cleaned them. He has never missed a clean. He is friendly and approachable and even threw in a few quick tips for my son playing football outside at the time he was cleaning our windows. I wish I got his name. He’s a former football coach who lives in Burnley I believe and he is wonderful asset to your business. The cleans are ever so slightly more expensive than another window cleaner in the todmorden area. But they are absolutely worth it for the standard of clean and customer service.

Banged on my door twice but didn’t hang around despite me having a no caller sign on my door only knew it was them because they went to my neighbours.

Outstanding service, easy to get hold of if needed and simply surpass all expectations. Very highly recommended. I have no hesitation what so ever of endorsement for there ethics and workmanship… Alan W
