Avoid Fraud! Nobody turned up after they took payment from my account. My wife was at home, and after checking the CCTV, no one was there all day. No response to my email. Can't cancel subscription, only pause, for one month.

Windows worse than they was before they were cleaned! Says you can pause or cancel anytime yet it’s near impossible to cancel as no option on the app & no way to contact them. Says they’ve been today yet I’ve been in all day & so sign. Dreadful & do not sign up with them rip off!!

Don't bother turning up. Will be contacting the bank to get our money back as they take payment before they clean. Avoid!!!!

The man was nice enough but the service of the clean is awful no cleaner than b4, i want to cancel but there is no way of removing my card info n cancelling any other appointments, not happy at all with this company

Lots of concerns about this app and about the business practice’s employed by people using this app. A man turned up at my vulnerable mother’s home, she let him in and he took a photo of her bank card and downloaded the app to her iPad. This is totally unacceptable and I have shared what has happened via social media. Please advise your vulnerable parents not to let people they do not know into their home, or allow them to take photos of bank cards or download apps. Shared on social media and police informed.

Dont choose！ The seller told me that is a one time service, but its not! Its a schedule service and they debit you every month but they never told when they will come, and the service not worth money... Also you cant delet your i formation (card and address on the web) i have to cancel my card to stop the service.

Had an extremely rude young guy knock on my door, when I tried explaining I was in the middle of work, his response was “yeah well, so am I” and then carried on his pitch - asked him to come back later, which he did that evening. When he returned I explained I didn’t want a window cleaner to which he then proceeded to point at my windows and questioned this? Eventually told him my partner took care of it to get him to leave, to which he stated “well get him to do it then” I’m the first one to admit my windows are a mess, but with such a ridiculous attitude and persistence there was no way he’d be getting my business - might want to sort your sales tactics out, or send someone less abrasive to do your canvassing (which is a sentiment shared by a lot of my neighbours judging by some comments made.)

Took the money but didn’t bother to turn up, I’ll be speaking to my bank to see if i can get a refund, nothing but scammers
