ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

The booking process was very easy but I didn’t appreciate being blocked in by a resident in the building. The least they could have done would be to put some contact details in their vehicle. I had no choice but to sound my horn and felt bad for disturbing the other neighbours. From their reaction when the offender eventually came down I would guess this wasn’t the first time they’d done this. I see I can be fined a substantial amount for the late removal of my vehicle - does my inability to leave the space at the time of my choosing carry similar recompense?

Very unhappy with quality of parking space made available to me. Emailed Parklet yesterday to request alternative location in car park from dark, dingy area with obstacles jutting out. Pavement walkway from parking space overgrown with weeds and brambles. Dangerous location at night when returning back to car especially for single woman. No reply as yet from Parklet over 24 hours later. Its a convenient location, but that's all.
Would strongly recommend these very easy to use and had to change reg as my van went in for repair and handled everything and sorted it all out for when I arrived.

THE worst company I have ever dealt with, tenant stopped paying rent and they did nothing to resolve it, basically just couldn't care less. An absolute joke. Tom Core to be avoided like a particularly vile plague.
I have had dealings with them for a while now, and have had no problems with them whatsoever. Polite, courteous and efficient. :)

Just park and enjoy
Poor communication but happy to have a tenant. Having had my space listed with ParkLet for 2 or 3 years, they finally got in touch to say they'd found a longstanding monthly tenant. In the meantime I've been listing it on JustPark and it's been rented nearly every day (on a day-to-day basis). I asked a few questions of ParkLet as we were finalising the paperwork, but rather than answering any of them they just got the lease signed and finalised the tenancy. So the communication was very poor. If the tenant decides to cancel I'll likely let the space privately or through somebody else as ParkLet really don't add anything to the equation for the commission they take.
Very professional and smooth. Reservations quick, and payments on time.
