ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

Helpful and provided what I required to fit in with my budget
I have made payment 4 days back for my allocated parking and still don't have access to the parking bay. The contct details for the parking owner is incorrect. I have emailed and made numerous call in last 4 days to Parklet, still no response.
Garage let within days of being advertised. Money received monthly. What more could one ask for?!
Someone was parked in front of the driveway, the owners of the house did not respond and Parklet was unreachable.
Parklet, their website, payment system and overall booking facilities are excellent. Easy to use, convenient and great/prompt customer service. I would give them 5 stars if it were not for the hiccup I had with a parking space renter suddenly withdrawing the parking space at very short notice. Either way the service is reliable and convenient.

Excellent Service. Very quick and hassle free. I thought it would be a complicated process but it was so so simple. I am so happy I found it on the internet. I got exactly what I wanted. I am a very happy customer. Thank you for giving me the space to park my vehicle.

The experience was overall good, the process pretty straightforward and a contract agree pretty quickly. In my case, the Parklet agent made an effort to find a space that was suitable for me (enclosed inside an underground car park). The only slight negative about the experience is that the information available about a space varies widely (I guess it's what is provided by the landlord) so in one case you have description, location, dimension of the space, pictures etc; in other cases, you just get the indication of the block or estate where the space is.
Almost impossible (one exception) to view the parking spaces before paying up front for one months rent. No VAT invoice issued. Poor method of handing over fob for security gate which took over 1 week to conclude. No spare fob provided.

Great service, nice and professional people. Very responsive to emails and fast hassle free process online. Once seen the garage and met the landlord I got everything sorted in < 24 hours . Would recommend to anyone who does not want to spend too much time in admin and wants to get a great service!
