ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

I had an urgent need for a parking space. I had 24 hours to find secure underground parking for my Ferrari before I flew to Kenya. This is more complicated than it sounds as I had to request a space that was suitable, have it cleared with the owners, agree the contract, then exchange access fobs at a mutually convenient time. These guys managed to get it all sorted in a very tight time Frame. You could not ask for more than that.

Parklet themselves were fantastic with service but got to the space and one of the other residents had parked in the space and had to wait for them to come back to move car so I could park. As a consequence I was late for my appointment

Always helpful and fast to find tenants. As a landlord, my initial administration fee could be lower and negotiated rates could be slightly higher but overall I am very happy as they have repeatedly secured long term lets. The team are also very personable and friendly
