ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

I had tenancey agreement for my garage space. But there was always someone in my space, either from JustPark, or the local flats. Those from the local flats objected parking for a space, and probably vandalised the security gates continuously to gain free parking. I found a half eaten Hamburger on my car. On one occasion, I stopped teenagers racing around the garage,the situation escalated and had to call the Police for help. It is a fithly area, and outside, 100s of mini cabs and Taxis park on both sides of the Road. It is fithly, danagerous and and insecure

Works well and works simply
I generally like the way the company it works , my only problem is with shortlets, your space doesn’t look available online in between bookings so you end up missing on possible income
Easy to use system for finding car parking: Look online, choose a space near to your stay away & book: Then simply park your car & pick it up again on your chosen dates. You get a 24 hour space & do not have 'time running out' concerns. Spaces are outside peoples homes & thus as secure as anyone's own parking space.# Simple to use, good value & secure: Wonderful.

Good and efficient service
very bad!!! Very small place where not any vehicle can be parked and is not even mantioned into the notice. I needed 30 min to get my car out as was surrounded by other cars too close... next day when i went to pick it up guess what, the owner comes to my friend that was getting in the car and asked him next time to park a bit forward as behind is his shop and needs access properly... are you serious?! Don’t rent out the space than if you want more space.. Anyways if there is anyone who needs extra space is definitely the person who rents it. 0 out of 10.
I was a loyal customer for years. My car dripped a little oil and water in a dirty underground car park and they kept my deposit of £80 after spending over £2000 over this period. Not impressed at all as no actual cleaning took place so there was no cost associated with this. This was hardly a pristine environment after all!

Once setup, Parklet offer a great service operationally with updated monthly invoices and rental status. Obtaining and repeat customers is a useful boon with the full service.
