ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

Legitimate and communicative.
Parklet has been amazing. First of all, they rent my spot. Other services just listed my spot and nothing. With Parklet, when one person leaves, another arrives shortly after. If you aren't having your spot rented in Parklet, its not for lack of customers. Secondly, they take away all the hassle. And if you e-mail them, they respond quickly. Its a mix of hassle-free and good customer service that hit the spot for me. Very happy with them, and recommend them whenever possible.

I rent my parking space through Parklet on a monthly contract and they have been great - the payment always arrives on time and I have had no problems. If I need to speak to them they are easy to get hold of.

The parking aspect worked well - and for that experience I would give a 5 star review. I am frustrated though that took a £50 deposit which I had to actively ask that they return and now I am waiting for that refund to process. The return of deposit for an uneventful rental should be immediate. It has already been nearly a week and I have had no confirmation of when that money (which cost more than the rental itself) will be refunded.

STAY CLEAR!!!! / RUDE / ARROGANT & IGNORANT This company is acting as if they are renting out apartments and houses. they ask you so many questions about a garage that you wish to rent it is ridiculous in the extreme. The attitude of the staff is rude/ arrogant / ignorant and they refuse on many occasions to return emails or call you back. They constantly insist that a garage is not available for rent per month but only per week or day when it clearly is available. I asked about a garage for rent in Marylebone in London and I was informed that I could only park my car in the garage I could not use the plug socket to hoover my car out if need be I could not place my own items in the garage unless the landlord personally inspected the boxes. This is a £600.00 per month garage . It is there loss as I have rented another garage just down the row of garages for £300.00 ppm.. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPAANY
Great website, very simple and easy to navigate and use. Great end user experience. Great reporting; regular email communication is clear and to the point. It's very easy to see account status on the website, generate and download a report (this is very handy for doing tax returns. :) ). Polite, friendly and helpful staff. I had a great experience using Parklet. The parking space I used was convenient for my location, it was in a private space away from passers by and was kept safe and secure by the garage adjacent. The guys on site at the garage were also very helpful. I would recommend and will definitely book and use again when I’m next in the area.
