Well, I make a lot of decisions based on feedback but I'm a bit slack when it comes to providing it to help others. I was looking for a couple of taps, bath and basin mixers. Lots of suppliers had them but when I checked their feedback - oh-oh, so many complaints in this sector. Now, I know most people only provide feedback when something has gone wrong and they are hacked off, but to use a supplier when a lot of people are screaming DON"T would seem to be tempting fate. Park Street's feedback was OK so I went with them. Good prices, yes, but their communications - FANTASTIC! Acknowledgement/Ready/Dispatched/On Way/Timed/Did you Receive it/ Was it in good condition. The service was so fast and good that even this reluctant reviewer just had to tell it like he found it. Thank you Park Street

I placed an order with Park Street Bathrooms. The order was dispatched right away, with no fuss. I received details of the delivery and my order was delivered on time. I also received all the correct documentation, by email. I was totally satisfied with the performance of Park Street Bathrooms.
Straight-forward ordering efficient delivery and competitively priced.
No real issues, but sometimes repeated information about a delivery just seems a tad too much. The item I bought was delivered by DPD who sends out repeated messages about the status ans so does this company, so in all I had 10-14 messages about a single package. That is just going overboard and ends up getting annoying.
