Great! Ordered two parts for our ageing, but still in good shape and working, showers. These guys were the best price and although they weren't delivered when stated, I was updated accordingly with the progress although they were not urgent in any case - but appreciated nevertheless. Excellent product and quick delivery, but whole customer experience was left sour after I discovered that I shouldn't have paid any VAT on the item because it was required for my disabled mother's new bathroom. I queried this with them and they stated they couldn't refund the VAT to me (even though they now know it isn't due to go to HMRC, so presumably they will pocket it!).
