Product range OK, delivery time OK, pricing probably somewhat high, personal service really not good. Unhelpful and rude on the phone to my wife in her view. I gritted teeth and placed the order online anyway only because they are nearby and offered collection.

There are loads of online discount bathroom suppliers these days and one has to rely on reviews and recommendations when deciding who to go with. Every review site has some howler reviews for every firm so it is all still something of a lucky dip. I chose to use Park Street Bathrooms based on a fair reading of said reviews and am pleased with my decision. The order process was easy and communication excellent. We chose to collect from the store and that too ran as smoothly as possible, so well done for that. We were buying on a very tight budget and unfortunately there was an issue with the manufacturing quality of the basin (tap hole not round and offset meaning the tap could not be fitted). I cannot praise the ladies in customer service highly enough. They went above and beyond to help and advise until we found a workable solution. So many thanks for that. I will certainly buy from them again and would recommend.

I ordered from you given the stated delivery. After the order was placed, I was given a later delivery date (which was ok) but when this was not fulfilled, I chased again, and was told there had been a delay and that you would find out more information. Apologies were given. Once in the system, it was handled well and the item arrived and I was kept informed.

I'm putting together various items for our new shower room and needed to have a chat with Park Street Bathrooms about a specific product. I dealt with a very knowledgeable lady who answered my questions, checked out stock availability etc. and came back to me. The Crosswater shower arrived a few days later. It all looks great but isn't in situ yet. Looking forward to having it done shortly. A positive experience and can recommend.
