Good prices but delivery much slower than I expected.
This is for a new house we're building so it's not been installed yet - and won't be for a while - but it arrived very promptly, in good order and looks exactly as I'd hoped.. Park Street Bathrooms have been notably efficient at all times, reminding me, shortly after the arrival, to check the contents at once and giving me a timeframe kin which to do so. This is so much more realistic than suppliers who expect you to check at once and not accept if damaged. Couriers lives, with almost impossible delivery schedules - cannot work that way.

Returned for a 2nd time using Parkstreet, I like that fact its a showroom to obtain ideas and ask questions rather than online stores. The service I received was excellent, I incurred a minor hiccup but it was resolved immediately and more than to my expectation. I can 100% recommend and will for sure use again.

Terrible. The woman who answered the phone was useless. No knowledge of products or could not pass me through to someone who could confirm dimension question. She asked me to spell out using foxtrot echo mango speak who the hell knows that unless you are a copper buying something. In the end I had to chance it ordered the product it's wrong for me£29 wasted. Would never use this company again What's more it was late Bad
