One of the toilet pan arrived without any package. This is not right at all for a pan worth almost 400 pounds. There is only one sticker and one cardboard saying "Villeroy & Boch" which can be attached to any pans. How can I believe this is the product I ordered?! I called the customer service and they refused to take the pan back, but suggested me to return on my cost and risk. You sent me a unprotected item and lacks of make-believe evidence! how can I sent it back without damage? It is not my fault at the first place, and you ask me to pay for it.

Delivery was to Aberdeen, Scotland and due to non standard order some had to be ordered direct from manufacturer. Order arrived earlier than initially stated and their delivery carrier was very good. Would highly recommend Park Street Bathrooms.

I was after advice on some products but I felt the lady I spoke to didn't know any more than me. I did ask her to find out if a specific bottle trap would fit the sink I wanted. She didn't know and said she would ring me back but never heard anything..... I ended up asking my plumber. Apart from this the process of ordering online and delivery was excellent

Very pleased with the service I've received from Park Street Bathroom. It was a reasonably big order for 2 luxury bathrooms and what impressed me most is that they were always willing to send the items as and when they received them which meant that my builder can get on with the bathrooms installation. Also they were always helpful when being contacted and from my experience their prices are very competitive.

Got the items I needed fast - couldn't get them anywhere else online - and at a good price, delivered reliably. Really helpful staff on phone helped with queries when I ordered and delivery people phoned in good time to check arrangements and were equally helpful.

The site is easy to use, the product range is large and appear to be of good quality (I bought a magnifying mirror from the Keuco range because I know from previous experience that Keuco products are very high quality), the price is comparable with elsewhere and the fulfillment service proved to be effective and efficient - good communication and quick delivery by (I think) DPD with accurate delivery time-slot. Would use this retailer again.
