The products I have had from Park Street Bathrooms have all been excellent quality at a fair price and quickly delivered. But they are badly let down in shipping. I have yet to receive undamaged items. It is not clear if this has happened in Park Street’s shipping department or if the shipper DPD is to blame. But I do get quite a bit of stuff via DPD from other suppliers and have never had any damage. Generally the unprotected cardboard boxes are wet and sometimes disintegrating. The previous shipment of Elements wall board was damaged at the corners and had crush indentations on the outer boards in the pack. One had four indented squares, as if a chair had been set on it and sat upon. The last order of Proseal came in a pot with a cracked lid, as if the package had been dropped. About 1/3 of the product had leaked out into the box. Fortunately there was enough good product left to complete the (very urgent) job so it was not necessary to return anything or raise a formal complaint. This otherwise excellent company needs to get a grip on their shipping. (FOLLOW UP: I got a quick and courteous reply from Park after posting this review. Although both shipments came via DPD, the first one apparently came direct from the manufacturer, so Park were not involved and it looks as if DPD are the common factor. Accordingly I have raised this review from 3 to 4 stars.)

Very impressed with the quality of the goods, but disappointed by the inaccuracy of delivery forecast.
Good products at good prices. I made a few orders whilst renovating our bathroom. I needed to return a couple of items and the process was quick and simple with no restocking charges, just had to pay return postage.

The bathroom cabinet which I ordered came when it was due. The price was very competitive and I was happy with my purchase. Unfortunately when we opened the box, promptly as instructed, the mirrored glass of the cabinet doors was smashed. I took photos and spoke to Customer Services who agreed to replace the cabinet without quibble. The new one arrived 3 days later, which I was very pleased about as it didn't cause any delay in fitting my new bathroom. I am pleased with the item I bought and also with the efficiency of Park Street Bathrooms in replacing the damaged cabinet with a new, perfect one. Thank you. Can't ask for more.

The delivery time quoted on your website was wrong. I had a feeling it would be as all the other websites selling the same item quoted 4-5 weeks instead of your quote of only 2 weeks. Sure enough, just after I ordered it from you I received a phone call telling me it would be, guess what ..... 4-5 weeks after all. I’m not impressed by this little bit of trickery.

Goods delivered on time, no issues
Had a good choice of shower enclosures and trays. Order arrived when estimated with tracked progress and was well packed (but see below). Also a competitive price. Park Street are distributors so couldn’t answer detailed questions on the products but I was able to speak to Crosswater the manufacturers. This also added a day or two to the delivery time as the items were sent by Crosswater to Park Street then onwards. On the downside, like too many suppliers they use polystyrene blocks in their packaging which is generally non-recyclable and can take ? 500 years to break down in landfill. There are alternatives!!
