Spent thousands with these people. Items frequently arrive and have to be sent back as they look like factory seconds including Keuco and Geberit who I have been using, without issues for 18years. Most recently a geberit face plate for the second time arrives with scratches and hand marks on ( this is a £447 stainless steel flush plate). I questioned if they were seconds to be told most certainly not and that they have come direct from their supplier ‘crosswater’. Firstly, if they are buying from a third party then yes, they could be repackaged goods, and secondly, what have ‘crosswater’ got to do with Geberit? When questioned about this they said they’d made a mistake and their supplier was Ideal not Crosswater Huh?? What have Ideal got to do with Geberit? Also, paid rather a lot of money for a high end Duravit Stark WC. The pan was faulty from the mould at the manufacturer. They argued then agreed that Duravit would send a replacement as Duravit agreed there was an issue. I had to dispose of the faulty pan. Second pan comes out with marks all over it which apparently they inspected. Sonhad to wait for a third. Over 3 months then the 3rd didn’t arrive. Clients got fed up and changed to another product leaving me with a useless cistern and toilet seat. Awful condescending after sales with comments like ‘perhaps you can source that locally’ instead of owning the issues. Parcels sent out when I’ve told them I’m on holiday ( after they’ve missed the original delivery dates) so they sit out in the rain, then they blame me for not telling DPD. I’ve closed my account with them.
If you can buy all your bathroom items from this company they’re honest, reliable, competitive and have excellent after sales service. I have used this company for majority of items for my bathroom but a couple of other companies for a few extra items and they have been terrible Park Street are no1 Ann Dedman
