Before the onset of trip adviser, it was commonplace for the staff of five star hotels to make it clear that they felt themselves to be superior to all but their wealthiest customers. Anyone who would like to experience this attitude today can do no better than to shop in Park Street Bathrooms.

We are now on our third order from Park Street over the last couple of years. At all times we were supported enthusiastically by Becky, whose extensive knowledge and patience with us was very welcome, and again has helped us through the minefield of choice. Their pricing is also highly competitive, and delivery service very good.

Went to the shop looking for bathroom ideas, the staff and the owner were very polite and super helpful. I could not believe the honesty and price. Really an amazing place with a very wide range of tiles and bathroom. Staff were very knowledgable and went out of their way to help us, They never met us before, but trusted us instantly. If anyone is planning to upgrade their kitchen this is a must place to visit. You would not be disappointed.

We bought thousands of pounds from this company. I thought at the time the prices were cheap however I now understand the reason behind the cheaper prices. They sell FAULTY and BELOW STANDARD products. I bought for example 6 DURAVIT toilets and seats amongst other items. Within a few months if use the seats all went all yellow and the hinges went rusty. You would think they would replace them no problems knowing I spent thousands of pounds with them and knowing that there are thousands of reports online about reporting this very same problem. I contacted them thinking they were the good guys , they were so lovely selling and thought they were honest. Oh NO NO how wrong I was !! they blamed me for cleaning the toilets seats incorrectly!! And you know what??? They said you can buy new toilet seats from us!! They even sent me a quote!!! the same happened with the £500 shower heads I bought from them. It leaks no end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW!!! THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS SND THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU!! Sorry about my rant but I’m so angry it’s unbelievable how many companies think they can get away leaving customers out of pocket. I just want to save you some money !! Buy from someone else !! You will tank me later!!!

ordered item arrived a lot later than was expected so was no longer needed by time it arrived. The item was returned within the specified time however a refund was refused. I would not recommend this company.

Delivery was delayed and when item arrived it was damaged. Was not offered a replacement. Terrible customer service

We have had a fantastic experience with Park Street Bathrooms. We worked through a design we had created with Becky the showroom manager and she was able to make great suggestions around the products we wanted to source. We have been able to source mid to high end priced furnishings in one place. Importantly, the follow up service from Becky and the team at Park Street has been nothing short of amazing! We have had our few issues resolved quickly and with the friendliest of service. Highly recommend them. The peace of mind and customer care has been outstanding!

Ordered a towell rail over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, no communication from them and no reply to my emails enquiring about it, terrible service and company would not reccomend.

Friends recommended Park Street Bathrooms for price & service - very, very pleased we listened. We ordered bathroom furniture, tiles and fittings for main bathroom and ensuite through Becky, and it's been an easy, pleasant & hassle-free experience. A couple of issues post-delivery (tiles,showerhead) were sorted out quickly and easily at minimal cost. Can't fault Becky and colleagues for excellent customer service.

From the outset, the service and buying experience with Kate as sales agent and the Park Street Bathroom team as a whole has been tremendous. I purchased two entire luxury bathroom suites through them at a very competitive price (best i could find), they were clear about production delays from Germany and the delivery arrived as promised. A pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend.

Expert and knowledgeable service from an excellent company. Kate could not have done more to make our complicated project come together. Her dedication with the occasional out of hours email and patience with my learning curve was the stuff of legend! ...and did I mention the great pricing too? Utterly recommended.

Their website advertised a tap I wanted so I ordered it at a good price and they emailed me and said there was an error in their pricing and refused to honour their mistake , my order was CONFIRMED AND PROCESSED and they took money from my account which actually means we entered into a contract they won’t even offer goodwill on their mistake , extremely terrible customer service ,I wouldn’t use this company again and advise others to avoid them too

I ordered some Hansgrohe mixer taps and matching hand held showers. I found Park Street Bathrooms to be very professional and responsive. When there was a delay with the model I ordered they informed me and proactively suggested an alternative from the same manufacturer that was just as good and cost £100 less. The new taps arrived and were installed, they are fantastic and a massive improvement on the old taps they replaced.

Please do not take the estimated delivery date as an indication of the potential delivery date. They just don't deliver and when you call to chase they can not give you an indication as to when the items arrive. They blame the manufacturers and say that if you aren't happy you can just order from elsewhere. I would recommend if you are doing a renovation order you plumbing items from elsewhere you just can not trust this company to delivery. I ordered an item with an estimated delivery of 3 days on the 30th June and it is still not with me on the 18th July

Items missing off the delivery which we only discovered too late for their cut off period. The cut off period is very short at 5 days and when you are sending things to a building site it's not always easy to check every little item. In our case, we were missing the toilet seat fittings (hard to know they are not there unless you fully unpack everything) Technically it's not a missing item, it's a part missing from the item supplied. That being said, Park Street aren't particularly interested and will only supply me the missing parts at a cost of £45! Will definitely avoid in the future as the after sales support is pretty poor.

Rubbish company.Take you order first and then order to manufacturar,very late to send you product.waste of time and money. did not explained during order that product are not in stock. Please be carefull could be waiting for very long.
