The staff were very helpful on the phone, but the item ordered, when it arrived, was not exactly as described on the website. However, there were no issues with obtaining a full refund when I returned the item to the store.

Very good service. We had a shower tray that unfortunately had some damage in transit, and it was dealt with very quickly and a replacement sent straight away.
Terrible to deal with. Waited weeks for items to arrive with little communication despite being promised the world at the start. I was left to chase up the order following delivery dates that weren't honoured, and never given a proper explanation or apology. When the order arrived it was wrong and weeks since this I have heard nothing more. I am now seeking a full refund and I'll source the items elsewhere. An absolute farce of a company, especially when it comes to customer service

Park Street Furnishers provided me with a replacement Villeroy and Boch toilet seat at cheaper price than I paid for the original sixteen years ago. They were the only firm I contacted that could do that and took the time and troubles to match it perfectly from photos.

Excellent customer service. We needed a bath screen urgently for our daughter's new house and the gentleman we spoke with said normally this would not be delivered by the supplier for 3-4 days. However when we explained our situation he immediately telephoned the supplier and managed to get our screen placed on the next despatch which was to be delivered next day.
