Super helpful. We wanted a Villeroy Bosh basin. The options were to have the hole for the tap at either the left or the right side. We asked if we could have it with no tap holes so we could have wall mounted taps. Not normally done but they were happy to do a special order. Item delivered a week later and it looks great. Would highly recommend.Thank you.

The products look great and are still to be installed and the prices are attractive. Given most suppliers seem to be able to deliver in fairly quick order, the shower tray and basin did take quite a while to arrive (over a week), reducing the score to four stars in this case.

Quick, contactable, and very friendly over the phone. I forgot to order a functional part and they were able to promptly deliver it to me whilst having great communication.
The only failing was delivery of the parts. The long thin box with the frame and accessories was attached to the pallet but this meant it was too high to fit in the delivery truck. There was a bend in it 3/4 along. I had to unwrap it all to check the condition, even though not due to install for several weeks. Also unhelpful that the instructions are wrapped around the framing parts but only discovered since unwrapping the framing package to check for damage. A check list of all items plus the instructions could easily have been put into an envelope on the outside of one of the glass panels. One small fitting fell it out its box, which had been crushed. This was the only box without a label so I didn't know if there might have been two parts in it.
