This was our first time visiting the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee. We loved the cabin, It was exactly like it showed in the pictures on the website. The view was beautiful! Our son loved the loft bedroom and the games upstairs. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub and Jacuzzi were great also. I would definitely recommend Outrageous Cabins to all my friends. The price of the cabin was great compared to some of the other cabins in the same resort. We are looking forward to planning our return trip Next year.

My family and I stayed 5 nights in the cabin named Smoky Skies... OMG, we loved it... No complaints other than the pac-man game console didn't work!!! The office staff was great and I liked how they followed up quickly with my cabin code once the cabin was ready... Looking forward to renting the exact cabin when we come back...

Our vacation was cut short and practically ruined because of no refrigerator for 4 days. One of the first things we did was go to the grocery store, but when we first got to our cabin, we noticed the refrigerator was not cold, so we gave it some time per instructions, but still did not work, so we called the office and since it was Sunday and a holiday, they said we could use another cabin's refrigerator until the next day, so we had to take our food to the other cabin overnight. Then the next day, still nothing, so we called again and they said they would send someone to fix it, which later on that day someone came and supposedly fixed it, but it was not. We called back again and they sent a repairman back the next day and the repairman could not fix it. Still did not hear anything from the office about what they were going to do about it, this was the 3rd day with no refrigerator. By this time, we had to throw out everything we had bought. Called the office again and all we got was an apology, but did not say what they were going to do about it. We were scheduled to stay 5 days, but on the 4th day, we decided we could not stay there any longer. Our daughter-in-law had sprained her ankle before the trip and needed ice for it, and also she had medication that needed to be refrigerated, so that was on top of everything else that could go wrong with no refrigerator. We could not understand why they would not bring another refrigerator from another cabin or at least give us a mini refrigerator. We stopped by the office on the 4th day and told them we could not stay there any longer and the best they would do was not charge us for 5th night as we were not going to stay there and just a few dollars off our 1st night's stay. Needless to say, it was not an experience I would want to go through again with this cabin rental. It could have been handled a lot better than it was and they would not have lost a customer. It was just a total waste of time and money. We could have stayed at a cheap hotel and at least had a refrigerator.

My family has stayed at Outrageous Cabins probably 10+ times. The cabins are well built and well maintained and many cabins have beautiful views of the valleys and surrounding mountains. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are easily and quickly accessible from the resort. We have always had a positive experience with the company on the phone, in person at the office, etc. The deals available for travel within 24 hours are outstanding - couldn't get a decent hotel for that price!

I was very disappointed that there were dirty dishes in my cabinet which means that the maid took no time to look and ensure that my dishes were clean prior to our arrival. The loft/entertainment area were combined upstairs which means that one couple cannot go to bed if the other couple wants to take advantage of the entertainment area. Finally, the kitchen is way too small. While I will not stay in this particular cabin again, I will try another cabin with outrageous cabins because I LOVE the location!!

This was our second time staying in Tennessee Dream. We looked at a lot of other cabins, but couldn't find any others we liked that had such awesome views. Cabin was very clean & everything worked fine. We will definitely book with Outrageous Cabins again.

Overall experience was great. stayed 3 nights in a bears view, Loved the views. Cabin was good. Cleaning crew before we arrived didn't do such a great job of preparing. Dust everywhere and debris still on the floor from previous tenants. A broom or vaccum in the cabin would have been ideal. Note to self to bring my own next time. Apart from a broken game consol and the not so clean accommodations we had an enjoyable stay. Would definitely be returning. A little dust never killed any one. But the killer views are enough to want to return. The staff was helpful if you asked, but did not offer any information on the property or surrounds. Was given a map with directions on how to get to the property and instructions on how to enter, but that was it. Felt a little abandoned. No information inside the cabin or manuals on how to operate the appliances. But thankfully I'm not a complete moron and was able to navigate fine. Just the little things that would make a vacation a bit more enjoyable. All in all we had a great time. Thanks outrageous cabins for giving us this experience.😎

The cabin was beautifully furnished & clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the host weren't very friendly. When we checked in there was one person sitting in the office. He was on his cell phone on a personal call not talking very nice & didn't acknowledge that we were even there. We stood around & finally a woman helped us. That really was the only complaint. Didn't make us feel very good about choosing outrageous cabins. But, the cabin & the stay made up for it! Definitely would recommend the stay.

Give discounts to people who make reservations not just walk-in. How unfair is that

We stayed in Above It All cabin by Outrageous Cabins. I was a little worried when I saw the photos online as they looked 'too perfect'. To my surprise the cabin looked exactly as it did in the photos. It was very clean and in great condition. The view was amazing - some of my best photos were taken from our cabin! This was our first time visiting the area and we were not disappointed! Check in was a breeze. We had a great time and would stay with Outrageous Cabins again!

From our first visit years ago with Outrageous Cabins we have been more than pleased. We have stayed if at least 5 different cabins at Starr Crest and each stay is consistently great. Always clean, great views. I would not stay anywhere else in the area, no one else can offer the product for the prices offered by outrageous cabins. I have not had any complaints.

Easy beautiful and a good deal.

The cabin was beautiful and the view was awesome. Exactly what I was expecting. It was very clean and cozy. Our visit there was for a wedding. We had previously been to Tenn. before so we planned on spending a relaxing week mostly at the cabin. That is why we got the cabin with the games. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not good. Games were broke. Sound system wires were not connected. Light fixture had a short. Remotes on TV's half worked. We call that day when we arrived at the cabin., And some of this was known by the cabin people and was not told to us when we checked in. They really should have told us this upon check in. Maybe to move us to another cabin that had working equipment.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. The cabin was nice and close to the main strip but had a secluded feeling. We had a wonderful time and would be delighted to return there again sometime.

Our stay was perfect. Its our second stay at Outrageous cabins and third trip to the mountains. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub with the beautiful view. It was the quiet get away we were looking for. The direct TV was a little confusing at first, the kitchen had everything I needed. I can't wait for our return trip!

Beautiful cabin! Astounding view, just as promised! Clean, modern, updated cabin with many amenities. Outrageous Cabins was wonderful to deal with. Pleasant, efficient staff. Woodland Hideaway was a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view! The furniture, games, decorations, rooms, and amenities looked just as nice as the pictures! The hot tub was wonderful and the enormous flat panel TVs (3 x 40-60") were great for relaxing with a movie or TV show! The only complaint was that there isn't enough hot water to fill the heart shaped tub that's indoors...so, we didn't use it. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful way to celebrate our first anniversary!

We stayed at Woodland Hideaway. My main complaint is the hot tub, its old and smaller than others we've stayed at. The Hot tub wasn't working the first night, and the office was closed, so we couldn't use it. The hot tub cover was torn, and little pieces of foam were falling out of it and into the water. Every time you took the cover off, it would get stuck between the wall and the tub, and you needed two people to yank it out. Everything else about the place was great. The kids loved the game room.

The view, the privacy, the tall windows, decor, hot tub, large shower, separate bedrooms, comfy furniture.,... A real experience. Pets allowed was a bonus in many ways. We shall return...Also, the staff was super, especially Shannon for his understanding when we had to cancel and reschedule. Couldn't have asked for more, except more vacation days there. It felt like home.
