Amazing experience with Outrageous Canins. We stayed at Mestled Inn for our honeymoon and loved every second of it! The pictures are dead on with actual reality. We were very impressed and was excited how far up in the mountain we actually were and the view was outstanding but yet so close to everything! 5-10 minutes away from the whole deal! We were very pleased and will definitely be back and to stay with Outrageous Canins again, but will try another one of the Outrageous Cabins next time to expand our options! 10 star rating! :)

The cabin is beautiful, it was very clean and cozy. It has beautiful decor!! Everything in the cabin was up to date (both the televisions have great picture quality). The beds are nice and comfy!! The furniture was very comfy. The view was amazing. Loved just sitting out on either the top or bottom porch to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The hot tub was very nice and very clean!!! Very close to town also!!! The staff was very friendly!!!! Thanks for an amazing vacation!!!!

Our 2nd time staying with you. The cabin I rented the first time was amazing. This one wasn't as clean and the bugs were awful. Ladybugs and stink bugs. But it's nature. Kitchen light didn't work. However, I will definitely return for another stay. Love the cabins, the view and the staff. Thank you.

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect! Check in was simple the cabin was gorgeous and spotlessly clean! We were welcomed by a sweet puppy made of towels with a welcome note and the sweet towel swan display on the bed with a rose. The pictures online depicted the cabin exactly as it is. We had every cooking utensil needed to enjoy a cooked meal inside. Starter packs of laundry and dish washing detergent was convenient. Out cabin had a beautiful view! We will most definitely be back soon!! Couldn't have asked for a better home away from home

This is the third time we have stayed here and we love the quality and cleanliness of the cabins. The location is close to town but with beautiful views of the mountains. The only negative thing was the cabin across from us was having a loud party until 3am. They were outside and very loud. We will stay here again though!

I am thankful that I am unable to say anything bad about our recent stay at Smoky Mountain Dream through Outrageous Cabin Rental. My family which included our two children enjoyed every detail. We stayed a week and experienced a couple days of winter weather. The roads were cleared immediately and we were able to get out without any problems. The cabins were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed to cook a few meals and breakfast each morning. We enjoyed hanging out every evening in the loft playing Pool, Foosball, and Pacman. The hot tub was also nice and hot. The double shower and the whirlpool tub were also relaxing. We took in every minute of the peaceful resort and mountain views. The only advice I can give is to bring your own Playstation 2 games. The cabin does not provide them. It was a wonderful memorable experience! My son is already asking to go back! We definitely will be a returning visitor!

My husband and myself were absolutely taken away with the Beneath the Stars cabin . It was so romantic being the very last cabin on the tippy top of the mountain and the view from the balconies were breath taking. The cabin was very clean and had everything you need to stay for a while including the dishes, pots/pans, cups and silverware. We got there right before an ice storm and being right on top of a mountain I was concerned but Outrageous Cabins had cleared the roads to the cabins and we didn't slide once coming down. The roads are also big enough for two vehicles . Definitely coming back in the summer with the kiddos!!!

Most amazing views, clean, beautiful cabin!!

Cabin was excellent, great location and wonderful views. Had issues with getting down the mountain with snow while we were there, called office and was helped with another night and sent snow plow to help. Hot tub on a chilly snowing winter night, what more could you want. Views had both mountain and city views, best of both worlds. If coming in winter I would definitely recommend 4 wheel drive would be my only concern with this cabin. Have stayed with Outrageous many times, we recommend them to all our friends.

I have been staying with Outrageous Cabins since 2009 and will continue to. During our most recent stay (Mountain Splendor) there were a couple of things that were disappointing. First the cleanliness, not good. It appeared if someone went through with a dust mop and attempted to push all the lint, dust & debris to the edge of the room(s). The bath towels were stained and of course that made us wonder if they were clean. We called on Friday morning for HVAC service. We stayed in the queue for37 minutes and finally just left a voice mail. It was 57 degrees in the cabin and the heat pump sounded like it was blowing up. Had to sleep with ear plugs in the master on teh main level because the heat pump is right outside the window. We never even got a call back. That was the most disappointing and in my humble opinion, not acceptable customer service. Also, someone had disconnected the HDMI cables and tossed them in the corner . My husband rewired the surround sound the way it should have been using those cables that were just laying in the corner. Glad that wasn't my first stay there because that would have been enough for us not to come back.

Booking was easy, price was excellent and the cabin was perfect. I was a late arrival and my envelope with directions was ready when I arrived at the office. My only complaint was on the day of arrival I did not receive a phone call with the code to enter the cabin. I had to call multiple times before getting someone on the phone to make sure I was able to get in that night, as the code is not included in the envelope at arrival. As far as the accommodations, we will definitely be using outrageous cabins when we return!

My wife and I stayed in early March, 2015; over a weekend through Tuesday at Picture Perfect (2). The cabin and the view were amazing. The cabin was well maintained and very clean and is at the very top of the mountain. Yes you will eventually get there, the roads are blacktopped and, in spite of some snow, were very clear to drive. Some of our meals we cooked in the kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils - bring cooking spray and seasoning. We were there late Feb, early March. Weekends there are lots of activities and restaurants, but many of the shows and rides close down during the week. Visit Gatlilnburg while you're there, the road is beautiful and there are more shops and entertainment - a 15 minute drive. The written directions are good but an actual map and distances would have been helpful. NOTE: your GPS may want to take you on a different route once you're in Pigeon Forge - Stick to the written directions all the way, it will take you through the entertainment strip with all the shows, go-carts, rides, etc. (if you haven't passed the Farris wheel you're not there yet) to stoplight #8, Dollywood Lane. The lights are marked with a green street-address-sign and are numbered - if you're coming from the North (Knoxville) turn left here and cross the bridge. Directions say bear right to stay on Dollywood Lane, but it's more of a right turn/merge lane (less than a 1/4 mile). A golf course is on your right. Follow this road - plenty curvy - the office is on your right and an electronic sign is easy to see (a little over 2 miles). From the office they will give you a map, directions, and a key code. Plenty of privacy on the deck (upper and lower). The the hot tub is on the upper deck - 34degrees outside and a warm 98 in the tub overlooking Pigeon Forge lights way down the mountain...ahhh. To turn the temperature up/down just open the cover, and use the arrow buttons. Note - if you're not in the tub, the numbers are upside down - took me a minute to figure out h8 is really 84. And 104 is way to hot for most people. Keep the cover on until you're ready to get in, and check the temp when you first get there to make sure the setting is to your liking. Also, if you like playing the radio in the loft, be aware there are speakers on the balcony that are on - you're neighbors may not like you're selection. There are lots of cabins similar to this one, as well as other cabin companies. I think it would be hard to go wrong with any of them. But if you want a great view ask for the top of the mountain. We really couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Clean cabin with outstanding views! We will have many return trips!

We stayed in a Bears View with outrageous cabins. My family and I stay 3 times a year in the Great Smoky Mountains and have stayed in several different cabins. I was disappointed because the cabin was dusty, not very well stocked with towels and wash clothes, lacked sufficient cook ware and other items in the kitchen. The upstairs loft bedroom appeared to have what looked like dried vomit on the floor but uncertain of what it was Which limited us to two bedrooms, the game room was nice but air hockey table wasn't working correctly and lastly the sofa recliner would get caught and you would have to lay in the floor and push up on the sofa to close the recliner. The lay out of the cabin was nice as well as the view. I would be very reluctant to rent from outrageous cabins again.

This cabin exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean and organized! We thought we had a leak in our hot tub so we called the front desk and they sent someone to solve the problem within a matter of minutes! Great customer service! Check in was simple and everyone was very friendly! I would definitely use this company for future trips! Cabin is also conveniently located just close enough to all of the attractions but not too close so that it caused distractions!

The cabin was wonderful and well worth the money! The view was amazing! We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I could say that could be improved upon is the friendliness of the people at the office. Other then that we plan on coming back again!

We had the best time at our cabin we rented from Outrageous cabins, very clean and very cozy, wasn't very from Gatlinburg, We will be there next year.
