This is the second time I've stayed with Outrageous cabins and both of my stays have been just short of excellent. My only complaint is they need new mattresses. I will stay there again next year.

Outrageous Cabins is/are great! We've stayed with them on several occasions now. All cabins are beautiful, clean, great views, and perfect peaceful location. Highly recommend!!

We have used Outrageous Cabin Rental several different times. We have always been very pleased with the staff and accommodations. We stay at Star Crest Resort and love the convenient location and the cabins there. Highly recommend and will use Outrageous Cabins in the future!

We've consistently stayed at Starr Crest for the past 12 years or so. We've always loved the cabins & their amenities. Tree Top Haven was no exception. Since we've been to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg so often, we no longer feel like tourist. This allowed us to relax in the cabin, enjoying the view, the quiet then the Dollywood train whistle! We've used two other cabin rental companies in the past, leaving us a bit disappointed but Outraegeous Cabins make sure the cabins are as they are advertised. We will be back, of course!

In the past years, we have been extremely impressed with each cabin we have stayed in. However, our visit in September was very different. First, our lock on our door would not work. After 40 minutes, it was determined by the staff that the unit needed batteries. The lady sent to fix it was really nice but it took a LONG time for them to get there...then to go back and get batteries. We had groceries sitting outside in the meantime. We also found that the dishwasher would not work. The cabin was extremely hot and you could not bear to sit on the couch and watch TV in the daytime because of the sun beaming in from the high windows. Shades are needed in the summer months for sure. In conclusion, the toilet was difficult to get it to stop running. We constantly had to "jiggle" the handle to get it to stop. Again, we have had great experiences in the past few years but this cabin itself needs a major overhaul.

Outrageous cabins were great. We have used them a couple of times now. We like the fact that you pay half up front and the rest 14 days before. This way no funds are due at check in. The cabins have always been exceptionally clean.

We loved the cabin view but I love gas fireplaces. We rented based on their description of a gas fireplace. There is only a loud ugly electric fireplace. We rented based on a lie. The views are beautiful but the mattresses have huge dips and many blinds are broken. We will not rent a place without a wood burning or gas fireplace. I feel cheated!

Love your cabins and the views they have!!!! The ONLY problem we had was that the mattress are very uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

The cabin and the view was better than the photos on the advertisement. The cabin was extremely clean, had everything we needed, making for a very relaxing vacation. I ordered roses and amenities offered for romantic package! My wife was very surprised! It was well worth it. I want to bring the rest of my family next year.

Beautiful and clean cabin. Diasppointed in outdoor surroundings as not the way it was pictured on internet.

We always enjoy staying at outrageous cabins..... Great value, Great views, Clean Cabins ... . almost want to keep secret so we can keep it to ourselves.......Always very friendly staff... We have been staying here for past 3 years. Never disappointed....Will continue to stay with outrageous cabins....

Check in was simple the cabin we stayed in was amazing and there was nothing we needed. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. Our friends we came with rented the Picture Perfect cabin and it was also very nice and had the best view. Overall we enjoyed our trip very much and Outrageous Cabins

Realized that it was overpriced once we got down there and saw that almost all other cabins were empty and had a walk in price of $89 during the week. We paid $159 per night. Next time we'll go with one of the other companies and get a better rate. Also, repairs should be done before people check in. Light bulbs were burnt out. The dryer barely worked. The pool was always dirty. However, it was a nice cabin and we enjoyed our trip.

We stayed in the cabin for a short weekend when my family and I were in town for my sister's wedding. The cabin was amazing and the perfect size for a couple, or even two couples with the pull-out sofa. From check-in to check-out, we had a great experience. Excellent customer service, extremely clean and well decorated cabin with all needed amenities. Best of all, great views while still being very close to downtown Pigeon Forge. We will definitely return, and perhaps not leave the cabin much (if at all) next time. That is how cozy it is! Don't hesitate to book.

Cabin name : Perfect 4 You . Pros : View of town and Dollywood was nice . Hot tub outside and smaller one inside . Close to town . Game room with air hockey , pool , and foosball . Cons : BEDS , both upstairs and downstairs felt like bags stuffed with rags . My wife took the couch which was new and I settled for the least painful upstairs , making sure to stay in the middle or I would fall in a hole on either side. VIDEO table was not free and required quarters . Seriously ? For what I was paying , either make it free or lose it . Hot tub ( outside) had only a few jets working . We may return , if we can get a guarantee that the beds are new and the hot tub is fully functional . I believe these cabins are individually owned , so the quality of the cabins probably depends on the actual owners .

The view was outstanding. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Although the furniture was a little rustic for our taste we really enjoyed our stay here. We saw a mother bear and her three cubs cross the road in front of the cabin. We really were glad the cabin was close to Pigeon Forget restaurants and shops.

A great place to stay. Tastefully decorated. Would stay there again.

The cabin was in a perfect location with a great view. Check in was easy and we had no problem getting to the cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed. The free wifi was a added plus and very helpful. The hot tub of course came in handy at night after a long day of hiking. The games upstairs were fun and the sound system was top notch. We will be back.
