Fast courteous service upon check in. The cabin was all it was advertised to be and more. When I go to Pidgeon Forge area again, this is where I would choose to stay.

Absolutely perfect! Clean beautiful cabins! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful! This is our favorite place to stay. We have stayed at the cabins about five times and loved it everytime!! The views are spectacular! Recommend these cabins without a doubt!

We were very pleased with our stay at Outrageous Cabins. Our cabin appeared just as it was listed on the company website. We had a minor problem with the video gaming system in the upper level and the company had someone there that day to fix it. Check in and check out were very simple, and we were provided with excellent directions to get to the cabin. Cabin was incredibly clean and well kept. We had a lovely view of the mountains from our cabin from the surrounding resort area. We loved being able to sit on the porch in the morning at watch the sunrise while drinking coffee. We have already recommended your company to several friends and definitely plan to return to an Outrageous Cabin property for a future trip to the Great Smokey Mountains. Thank you very much for helping us to enjoy a lovely family vacation.

My husband and I have stayed in the Outrageous Cabins before. However, this time we stayed in slightly different ones - the Country Pines Resort. Unfortunately, as soon as we came in we noticed the humidity in the cabins. We changed the temperature and tried turning down the air conditioning, but this was stuck at 78 degrees and only kept increasing throughout the night. I was disappointed that the staff had not come in and inspected to make sure everything in the cabin was working properly before they gave us the key. If they knew there was a malfunction, they should have let us stayed in a different cabin. Also, in the pictures there was an amazing view of the mountains that could be seen by the cabins - however, when we looked out from the cabin - there was no such view! It was just surrounded by the back of other cabins - there was not much privacy. I don't understand why this was advertised if that's not how it really was. I felt very cheated of the rate that we paid for our experience. We came for our 1st anniversary trip. I am not sure if I will ever reserve a cabin with them again.

I have to start with saying, that I was skeptical booking at first because there was not many recent reviews. But, I'm so glad that I booked this cabin (Afternoon Delight). We were not disappointed at all! From the drive up it was amazing! This was our first trip to the mountains & will definitely not be our last!! Cabin supplied extra garbage bags, dish soap and coffee. You will need extra washing powder (not a lot of extra towels) and seasonings if you plan on cooking-everything else is supplied. My only complaint is that it got hot in the bedroom downstairs. Thanks for such an amazing cabin with great views!! The Freeman's

We have stayed in a lot of cabins in the area and I have to say WOW! We were a little skeptical of the the resort theme but I have to applaud you for the privacy you give each cabin. With breathtaking views and a very well maintained and clean cabin it is the little extras you don't get anywhere else that put it over the top! Leave the lights on because we will be back!

We have stayed with Outrageous Cabins at least three times a year, sometimes more, for about 4 or 5 years now. We love staying with them. We have stayed in several of their cabins over the years and have never been disappointed. The only thing I would like them to change is to leave more towels. We usually stay 7+ days when we come down and it gets aggravating having to constantly wash towels but it's not a deal breaker for us. The staff have always been courteous and very helpful to us. We love Carroll that works in the office. He always goes above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend Outrageous Cabins to everyone!! Looking forward to our visit in 13 days!! We were scheduled to stay in Picture Perfect 4 Saturday August 8th through Wednesday August 12th. We received a phone call from Management at 10 a.m. Saturday morning 5 hours before check in. We were informed a water pipe had burst and the cabin was uninhabitable. They informed us all other cabins were booked. We were then given a couple phone numbers of other rental companies in the area. They basically said good luck finding another cabin, there is nothing we can do for you. I felt this was very unprofessional and definitely not the start we expected to our vacation. We then had to scramble to find an alternate cabin through a different company for the rest of our trip. And to top it off we had to make several calls to Outrageous cabins trying to get our full refund which resulting in a visit to the rental office in person to finally be refunded. Would not recommend Outrageous cabins!

Lovely cabin and a perfect, quiet getaway. The 1-bedroom was just the right size for our family of three. Couple of recommendations: The mattress in our cabin seemed a little soft (but could be a personal preference). It would be good to have a "basics" shopping list in advance of the stay to know what is not included (coffee filters, etc.) More than one roll of toilet paper would be GREATLY appreciated (or add TP to the mentioned list). :-)

We have stayed at Starr Crest Resort (Outrageous Cabins) before. Our cabins have always been clean and well stocked. This time, not only was the cabin as expected (clean and well stocked) the views were breathtaking. From the moment we opened the door we were taken in by the spectacular mountain views; we really didn’t want to leave to cabin. All we wanted to do was stare at the mountains. The cabin had wonderfully, comfortable beds and pillows. All the linens had a clean smell. Their kitchens have great appliances and are stocked with everything you could need. The cabin is centrally located to restaurants and the mountains. We have booked already for October. Oh did I forget to mention the amazing views we had from every window in our cabin. :)

Overall, this property is excellent and a great price. There were some things we did not like. The hot tub, pool table, air hockey table, and video game (that never got fixed while we were there) are all upstairs in the master bedroom. This causes an issue for your family or friends downstairs that may want to be up there while you are in bed, getting changed, etc. The bedroom area needs to be walled off. There is also a shutter set in the master bath that is excellent to have open if you are there alone in the jacuzzi tub, but anyone at the bottom of the stairs could see you. Even with them closed, there is enough of a gap, we could not allow our children up there if we were in the bathroom for any reason. The hot tub also needs a spill shield under it so that if you are sitting on the front porch and someone gets in the hot tub above you, you do not get soaked, Lastly, while the view is awesome in the upper area from the front window system they have, it needs some type of blind system to block off the sun in the mornings. Everybody doesn't get up at the crack of dawn when on vacation. However, even with all this, it was still a great place to stay. The furniture is very comfortable, all the appliances are very new and work well and the AC works great.

The view was terrific and the cabin was loaded with activities for the family. Close proximity to anything you need, plus Dollywood! Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. Cabin was everything we wanted. Can't wait till our next visit. I have stayed in a lot of cabin resorts but this one is better. Views are better. Cabin is very clean. Staff all the way down to the cleaning lady is very nice and helpful.

Excellent Cabin, location and amenities. We have stayed in two other cabins on this property and this was the best for sure! This cabin was extremely clean, well maintained, and ready for us when we got there. Excellent view of the nightly fireworks at Dollywood.

This was my family's first time to the Smoky Mountains and we couldn't have been more pleased with Bearly Awake! Specatular views that changed from day to day. My 10 and 6 year olds loved the game room and hot tub and were just as happy hanging out in the cabin as they were sightseeing. Thanks for making our first visit a great one to remember!

This was our 4th stay with Outrageous Cabins and will certainly not be our last! The cabins are always clean and the views are amazing! We have stayed in Mountain Splendor, Almost Heaven, Animal House and Away from it All (4). Staff is always friendly and helpful, too.

The Above it All cabin was great! It was beautiful & so was the view. We could see Pigeon Forge from the cabin. The view at night was really cool. There was a bunch of dead ants behind the trash can in the kitchen which was gross but besides that it is really nice.

We had a wonderful little get away at Serenity cabin. It was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. We were close enough to the city that we saw some fireworks from our porch on July 4th It was a very relaxing and great place to stay!!!!

Beautiful cabin. Very clean. Great views. Would recommend and also return ourselves! No hammock as pictured. Needs broom/dust pan.
