This was a great company to work with and the cabin was fabulous. We loved everything! The only thing that we did not like was how the cleaning staff left a tipping envelope. It just took us by surprise considering we paid cleaning fees included in the booking cost. It was completely unexpected. Other than that, fabulous and would book again. Thank you!

Excellent. No words to describe but Go See for yourself! I am a very picky person and I searched for anything that was wrong! Nope couldn't find it. Even the baseboards were clean! Top of the line bedding. Dishes and the views were amazing!!!!!!

Afternoon Delight is the cabin to stay in! The cabin is close to everything! The view is breathtaking! This is our 2nd time to stay in the same cabin and we will be back for many more times! You are overlooking Dollywood and if you don't mind the train every hour on the hour then you will love this cabin.

Location of cabin was awesome, Cabin was very clean, but a few minor repairs and updates needed to be done. Overall great experience no complaints for outrageous cabins. We have stayed 2-5 times a year with them for at least 5 years, always great.

We have stayed with Outrageous Cabins now for about 4 years and would never stay anywhere else. Nice, clean, comfortable and affordable! The views from most cabins are out of this world!

Perfect place for a stay with family and friends. Very close to all the amusements and sightseeing places. Gorgeous cabin and great ammenities. Only con is the second bedroom IS the gameroom so no playing after bedtime if someone wants to sleep. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this resort.

I was in town for one night and it was late so my chances of getting a cabin for one night only were looking bleak. A quick Google search lead me to outrageous cabins with a cabin available. I wasn't expecting much for a last second deal but was completely ecstatic with how my visit turned out. The cabin was full of amenities and a stunning view. I would definitely recommend outrageous cabins and they'll be my only cabin source in the smokies!

I have used several different rental companies and stayed in several different cabins in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg area and I must say Outrageous Cabins was my favorite. Easy to find and the cabin we stayed in was awesome. I would highly recommend them

This was our second time at outrageous cabins and we love it there. The staff was very accommodating when we had to make changes to our reservation and again at check in when we needed to get into our cabin earlier than expected. We will definitely return next summer. Both the cabin and the view were beautiful.

Stayed in Mountain Splendor cabin, was very impressed with cleanliness of cabin. Cabin was as pictured on website. Would definetly recommend.

Candy Kisses Cabin was chosen for the views and the cabin feel. Both were impressively satisfied. We traveled to the cabin via motorcycles from Indiana. some steep switchbacks but manageable. Parking on the sloping asphalt was strategic but again manageable. Staff at check in were most helpful and accommodated our requests. The Cabin was spotless, very comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well equipped. AV equipment was more than adequate. Hot tub was perfect for two. Back/scenic porch was MAJESTIC! Bathrooms adequate for two...doors got in the way (sliding barn doors would provide more ease of access and save space) Fire places were nice touch but are electric not gas and only one of two worked. We did not use the game room but it was inviting. Only true disappointment was the absence of a gas grill on the porch with that beautiful scenery. In stead there was a park like charcoal grill in poor repair on the parking pavement in front of the cabin with no view. For $300 that issue can be corrected. Grilling out every night on that porch would have been and could be a great way to end every day! We would definitely consider Candy Kisses in the future! Again the views, the cabin and the management folks were fabulous!

The cabin over all was nice,however 2 major issues made my stay not very enjoyable. The first major issue was the sewer smell that we had to deal with for 3 days before they sent someone to repair it, even after the repair there still was a faint smell. The second major issue was the sun blaring through the large windows, thus making it impossible to sit in the living room between the hours of 1pm till sunset. I highly recommend installing some form of blinds to correct this problem.

The first night of our stay the temperature in the cabin never got below 75 degrees. At its highest it was 81 degrees. I called the office 3 hours before their advertised closing time and left a message asking someone to call me back and letting them know about of air conditioning not functioning. No one ever returned my call. We couldn't open the windows to cool it down because there were no screens, and bugs were coming into the cabin. We didn't sleep very much because it was so hot. No one ever called me the next day, so we left a day early. We left a note on the cabin asking someone to call us, just so we knew the cabin would be fixed for the next person. No one called. A few days after our trip, I still couldn't believe no one called me back, so i tried to email. No one has emIled me back. I wasn't even going to ask for my mpney back. I just wanted someone to acknowledge the fact that the air was broken, never heard anything. Poor poor poor customer service.

We stayed at the Mountain Splendor. We really enjoyed the cabin, it was beautiful. HOWEVER, the stay was not at all restful, as the people in the next cabins were partying all night and kept us awake. After the first night we called the Outrageous Cabin office, and were given the number for the security guard, and told to call him if the noise kept us up again. It did, and when the guard came up he very sweetly asked the people to keep it down, and before he was back down the mountain it all broke loose again. We complained before we left, and were told that those cabins were not part of Outrageous Cabins, and there wasn't anything they could do about it. So although we liked the cabin, we would never stay in an Outrageous Cabin again, because if there are issues, there is nothing they can do about it.

The cabin was great I really enjoyed it it was mostly clean except for pieces of food that was left on the dining room table...there was a cord missing from the blu ray player so we couldnt watch the movie we rented...and the hot tub seem to have a few issues..but the cabin really is nice very peaceful..quiet..great view...parking area..close to all attractions..thank you for the experience

The cabin is nice and pretty secluded out on the back porch. Not a great view but loved having the privacy. Cabin was easy to get to. A couple of light bulbs were missing from the ceiling fans and the ash tray wasn't emptied. The computer did not work, so that was kind of a bummer. My big complaint is we went in August and unfortunately the lowest you can set the Central Air is 68. I get hot flashes so it doesn't make it very comfortable when I generally have my air set at 65 when I am at home. This might be a deal breaker for next time.

Although we have been renting cabins in this area for over ten years, this was the first time using Outrageous Cabins. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The Cabin was so very clean....it was immaculate!!! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and you couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere...not on the furniture, chandeliers, decor, knick-knacks...no where. The interior's decor was tasteful and very coordinated. Besides being extremely clean, it was unusual to be a a cabin that didn't have spider webs outside near the entrance or on the decks...there were NONE!!! The staining of the cabin's exterior was meticulously applied and it was obvious that mutiple coats were used to protect the investments of these beautiful cabins You could clearly see the difference in an Outrageous Cabin vs. the other rental cabins in the area. The check-in process was very easy and the staff, very friendly. We will continue to rent from Outrageous Cabins for all our future visits to the area.
