BTC does an excellent job of packing for international shipping. Their packing can survive even FeEx!
I purchased 3 x Davey 7677 exterior lights from Original BTC. I was impressed with the website as it contained detailed specs of the lights and was easy to order. Although not the cheapest the lights are of a very high quality and made in the UK which is rare. The delivery time was very quick. There was a very minor issue with one of the parts being incorrect. I contacted customer service and spoke with Lauren, who apologised and arranged for the part to be sent to me the very next day. Lauren also gave me a small discount for the mistake which I thought was a lovely touch and their communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

The lamp is amazing. It arrived beautifully packaged too. The before-sales email and Zoom service was excellent. Two minor glitches - the agreed delivery window wasn’t met, and the lamp arrived without a bulb. It would have been helpful to be reminded that I would need to order one separately, or to have one included, when the cost of the lamp was a significant investment. But these are minor points. Another inspiring and wonderful light. Thank you.
